We eat here about 2x per week and has progressively gotten worse. Just went to get dinner, at 6:40pm they're out of white rice... you're a Chinese restaurant, how are you out of rice?!? (You're open for 3 more hours too!)... and no apologies or "were making more" just stared at me, same with teriyaki chicken and stated they're not making anymore tonight. Also out of the other 3 entrees our family eats... cook was slowly making 1 pan of something, no estimate times of anything. Especially since the prices have gone up and portions are inconsistent, our family of 4 spends about $45 a visit... we won't be back for a while. We were the only people in the lobby, 1 car in the driveway, I guess I know why!
We ordered orange chicken, honey sesame and fried rice, asked the cashier to read back the order and confirmed the order when they were handing us the bag just to find out that we actually got orange chicken, beef and broccoli and chow mein. I called the store TEN TIMES and they never answered or called back. Always check your bag before you leave and don't trust them to tell you the correct food given.
Although most of the staff is super nice, the productivity is still sub-par at this location.you would expect at 11:45am the restaurant should be operating at full force. However most items were out or not even a serving available and not one server would let the kitchen know that selections were out! The servers just kept telling each customer sorry we are out but you can wait if you would like.BUT not once did they turn around to tell the kitchen to cook more! I am not personally complaining for my order. These observations were for the 3 people in line ahead of me and the 5 after me.And the selections that were available tasted like mushy leftovers.
Panda express is always savior and budget friendly for anytime to fulfill hunger bites. Chinese flavors and the food always give you the best taste and worth the price too. But the only thing that disappointed is with their closing timings? it would be great if they're open for some more extra time rather than early hours. Overall it's definitely recommended ?
Was filling for the time and then one hour later, I was hungry again. To me the food was much better a few year ago. I don't know if it was that restaurant or the entire chain. Had not eat at panda in about 12 years, would go back, maybe a differant one just to see if the quality is the chain or restaurant

I would need to wait 20 minutes to get more shrimp. This is the only non meat item on the menu. Although this visit was sub par I won't take away from the quality of the food here. Maybe work on another vegetarian item on your menu.
This place is clean, the food was fresh. The variety and different options are great. There was only one counter person working so it was slow but he handled it as best he could. The prices are reasonable, the servings are a little small but reasonable. I would recommend this place over other fast food restaurants.

I’m sorry but idk where to start…… the quality is the poorest. The pic speaks for itself. This is supposed to be chow mein, orange chicken and CHICKEN TERIYAKI…. The noodles is dried and over cooked. The orange chicken is more bland than water in a non boiling pot. And teriyaki chicken is grilled chicken partial portion with no sight of teriyaki glaze or sauce. I’m never the type to do this but this has got to stop. I asked For plum sauce. They are out. I said No problem I’ll take teriyaki please, i get Home and none was giving….. this explains why this hardly has any long lines anymore……
Food is good and great value for the money. It's good Chinese food at a reasonable price but watch out if you go for more than one entree it can go up in price. But food is tasteful and they are quick. Average plate will be between 8.00- 12.00.
