Sat at the bar on a busy Monday night and Heather was awesome! She was very attentive and food came out in perfect timing. She went above and beyond. Justin the manager on shift also stopped by to check on us to make sure we were happy. Definitely ask for them when you come in, they’ll make sure your experience is exceptional.
Just finished up an amazing dinner at this location. The food was excellent and the service was on point. Madi was our server and she was attentive, kind, and personable. The restaurant wasn’t too busy when we arrived, but unfortunately there were a few impatient parties that were giving some of the hard working servers quite a bit of unnecessary grief. You know, those people that have to complain just because they can. We on the other hand had a truly great experience and can’t wait to make a return visit.
Have had multiple terrible experiences here but we love outback and when they nail the food you can’t beat it but the bad far out weighs the good unfortunately. Arrived around 4:45 for an early dinner with my wife and my 5 month old son. Took a few minutes for a server to arrive however she was very pleasant. Blooming onion Appetizer was good…followed by a salad then followed by a very tough over cooked sirloin steak which my wife and I ordered medium and shrimp.before I could cut into the steak our server had disappeared and my wife had the exact same problem. We even tried to rip her steak by hand and couldn’t. Flagged down another waitress to please get ours for us and when she returned she was very pleasant again and put in for our steaks to be re-cooked. I’m assuming the manager brought them out this time and my wife and I cut into and it was almost raw, not even rare at this point but raw and cold on the inside. At this point I am extremely aggravated that I have been in your establishment for 2 hrs and literally have had a mediocre salad , over cooked shrimp a sweet tea and a onion and bread with no steak. The steaks were taken care of by management, but again I come to a steak house for a steak which I didn’t even get to eat! this is an often to common occurrence with your establishments. I hope you find a solution to your kitchen issues. I will be eating at longhorn or any other establishment from here on out
Our first time visiting and what an awesome time! The service was just impeccable, we felt very comfortable and the food was absolutely delicious. Very friendly and fun clean environment. We will be back!
I normally do not review chain restaurants because it can be hit or miss from day to day. However, I have been eating at this location for over 10 years and while it can be hit or miss it usually is a decent experience. Today however I had one of the best server’s I have had at any restaurant in a very long time. If you get a chance and happen to stop by ask for Brendan you definitely won’t be disappointed in the service.
It's always a great experience dining in at this Outback location. The staff is always very kind and has prompt service.I highly recommend the 8oz sirloin and chicken breast. You can't go wrong with a filet either.The place is very well maintained and sanitized for each guest. A great stop for a date night or dinner with friends/family.
We last dinned here on my daughter’s 14th birthday. She turned 30 last September. Our previous visit was not a good one, let’s hope this one is better. Our server was polite and friendly. My wife ordered Orange Juice, and it was rancid. Our server came back and changed it for a Coke. Our Blooming Onion came out before our Mushrooms. It looked overcooked. It was hot and juicy but had an awful old oil after taste. We let our server know and the person that brought out our mushrooms. The mushrooms were hot and juicy. Probably the best part of our meal.The salad came out 25 minutes after we ordered. It was also very good. The Blue Cheese was outstanding but very sparse.It took quite a while for our steaks to come out. I ordered my steak medium-rare, and it was cold and purple in the center. I ate the sweet potato waiting for our server to come back. My wife finished her meal, and finally, our server came back. I let her know the steak was cold and raw in the center. She asked did I want it put back on the grill. I said yes and not to burn the outside.A cook finally brought out my steak and said, I guess this is for you. The steak was better, but by the time it came out again, I was ready to go. I asked them to just box it up.A manager never came by to check on us, and even though we complained about the Blooming Onion to two people, it was still full price even though we did not eat 1/10th of it. I used to enjoy Outback Steakhouse in Providence and went there every Sunday. This Outback leaves a lot to be desired, and maybe I will be back in another 15 or 16 years. We usually go out to Longhorn or Texas Roadhouse a couple of times a month; the food and service are better at both places.
Waitress was lovely and the food tasted good (except for the blooming onion it tasted over seasoned and burnt). However, I ordered the 6oz sirloin and got this… clearly not 6oz. Asked the waitress and she said that was standard. Not coming here for steak if they charge $15 for that
Back to Outback, our dinner out choice took us to down under flavors, we chose bloomin chicken as our entree and bloomin onion for the appetizer. We picked a bowl of potato soup to share which was a bit disappointing no chunk of potato more of a puree. Overall the service was great, good temps were on, drinks remained filled. Pricing was a bit but worth it. I recommend call ahead seating it'll shave if your wait time by half on busy times. Enjoy.
We have to rave about our service tonight ! Our server was Alyssa and she did an amazing job , being so patient and understanding of my friend and her baby that had puked a couple times ,never once has anything rude to say or a rude demeanor at all. also her manager Justin was super compassionate and helped by bringing some cloths to help clean up the babies vomit and both were so nice and caring ! The food was also very yummy although we packed it to go due to the baby puking for a 3rd time ! The entire service was just amazing and we are super grateful for Alyssa and Justin's super compassionate service ?
