My husband took me here for Valentine’s Day in hopes of eating outside. The ambiance outside is nice. However we didn’t because it was cold outside. The inside need a remodel. Its kinda of ran down. But the waitress was so sweet & attentive. Some patrons were loud & annoying but it was ok. The food was decent for a great price. They have an events calendar I wouldn’t mind checking out.
A hidden gem in Sanford that is overlooked. The food has been amazing since they’ve revamped their menu. The bartenders are always attentive and a ton of fun to be around. The vibes and waterfront view are what really sets Oasis apart from other bars and restaurants. Highly recommend.
Great service great food has a great big pool. They have a DJ and it's right by the water next to a marina. Family friendly. Full bar on pool deck.
Great experience here last night, no issues. Bartenders and staff were extremely friendly, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very cool. My brother and I had tickets to a show here that was outdoors and it was a lot of fun! I look forward to returning soon!
We decided to find a cool place to eat after Porch Fest 2022. We found this place and decided to try it out. The Fried Ravioli was delicious and the pizza was so good . The Mahi bites were flaky and cooked to perfection. I will definitely recommend to my friends and will come back myself. The owner Mike was very friendly and made sure everything was perfect .

A diamond in the rough! You might be skeptical when you first enter, but this is definitely a local's place for good food, drinks, music and fun. And it has a pool! My husband and I are always looking for the small local's places to eat and the Oasis on the River didn't disappoint. We arrived at opening for lunch before going to the zoo. We were the only ones there at the time and chose a table outside. We received quality service and very reasonably priced excellent lunch! My husband enjoyed the BLT Club sandwich and I had a delicious steak and cheese. We will definitely go back if we're in the area! Wish we could party like the old days!
First time here and so glad we stopped. Pizza and service was phenomenal!! Nastia was a great bartender. Definitely will be back!
Beautiful place, could use a update. But people are people so bound to have issue’s especially bar and women wow lol beautiful place to relax. Rum buckets and good food.
