We normally love coming here but this time was a dud. The food was still delicious — we got an Enlightened spinach salad and pepperoni pizza. Our waiter was great until he forgot to bring our salad. We did get it but only after we reminded him 40 minutes later. Apparently the wait was so long because a lot of online orders had come through. Why are they more important than people actually sitting IN the restaurant? At least we got the salad free of charge.
Cool staff, great pizza. They have keto and gluten free pizza crust options. The philosopher's pie is now missing off of the menu. But I won't hold it against them. They have coke zero also, which is way better than that diet coke swill. (Just my opinion) the funky atmosphere is fun, and the muzak isn't bad either.If they stayed open late, it would be perfect.

I ordered takeout / curb side as I was waiting in line (in my car) to get my oil changed. I ordered online. Then called to see if it was ok for them to walk my order to the oil change place (I offered to walk in). They got the manager on the phone then the manager handed the pizza to my in my car. He was impressed at my strategy to save time. I was impressed on the tiny extra service they were able to do for me! Certainly made me happy… especially having vegan options on top of that. Great experience!!

I ordered lunch take-out. It was half BBQ chicken and half cheese. The order was not ready for pick-up at the scheduled time. I was okay with waiting an additional 20mins with high hope the pizza would be great tasting, hot and fresh. The first photo is the pizza I received. It was burned and overcooked. I did not realize it was burned until I got the pizza back to the office. Called back for a replacement pizza, they were kind to replace it. Such a disappointing 2nd pizza and yes I had to wait 30mins for the replacement. The bottom of the pizza had burned cornmeal and the BBQ pizza half was sloppy and undercooked. Unfortunately I will not be going back.
Had a wonderful lunch today at Mellow Mushroom with my daughter and very tall & handsome grandson Mikey. We don't get to see each other as often as I would like so these precious times mean the world to me. In addition, to the great food, we had the most awesome waiter who was the best part of our meal. Actually, he was better than the meal itself...HUNTER. If you are ever in the restaurant on Rinehart, please request him...you will not regret it. He had all of us laughing and having the best time. Oh, and the Sweet Ice Tea (he said he made it that morning) best tasting ever !!! Thanks Hunter for helping to make our family meal a great one !!!
Great food and good customer service!
We had a large group including 7 children. Kids got their own french bread pizzas with apple slices which they all liked. Adults got a mighty meaty pizza that was amazing. Server was great with all the kids and our food came out fast.
We are NOT vegetarians, but this pie looked good on the menu so we tried it. It's the Great White and it was delicious. No that falls short, it had so many flavors and textures it was a real treat. Four cheeses, sun dried tomatoes roasted and garlic on a really great crust. Five stars. We don't like feta much, but we liked it here. No grease pizza. To top the whole visit off the server, Kim, was terrific, she was busy but took time with us and everyone else. Good job. Check this place out.
