If it ain't one thing it's another...sshhheeeech... walked over to McDonald's after getting off the airport shuttle (12am) , couldn't order through the drive thru, because we didn't have a car.?? The lobby was closed .Was told we had to use the app and once ordered on the app was told they had to shut the system down due to a customer not receiving the right amout of change. One of the employees came out and took a picture on her phone of our order. Very pleasant young lady.She brought our order out and it was correct (Thank You Jesus ??) There was a gentleman coming in from spraying the parking lot,and we asked if he could make sure to put plenty of condiments in our bag. He was friendly and ready to help. He brought our items out quickly. He was the highlight of this visit.

Worst McDonalds ever. I have never written a bad review but this place deserves a bad review. They dining room hours are well posted in the doors but all the doors were closed. I managed to get in with another customer who ended up getting so frustrated that ended up walking out. The personnel did not acknowledge that I was trying to pay the cashier because the kiosk wouldn't accept my credit card, it asked me to go see the cashier, but nobody was there, I actually had to be rude asking somebody to take my payment and get my order ready, they get a lot of traffic being that they are right next to the interstate but this place is the worst, there is one right next to my house, also right by the interstate and they treat customers totally different. So long.

I eat here way to much, I’m sure they all know Gus in drive thru. The employees here provide excellent service every time. They get the order right every time, and even though it gets really busy, they work through the line pretty well, unlike the majority of other fast food places in Sanford. I love this place, McDonalds cares so much more about their customers than BK or Wendy’s does, and definitely more than Popeyes or Church’s does. Thank you all for the hard work you do during these challenging times!

Very nice McDonalds right off of I-4. The food was good except for the fries which were pretty crispy/almost burnt. They also got my sandwich wrong but quickly got me a new one and let me keep the other. BUT.. The staff here was the BEST I have seen ever in a McDonald's. The lady who helped me was very sweet, and she and 2 other employees check on me to see if I needed anything else while I waited for the replacement. I also couldn't help but notice the nice size on the inside and the cleanliness inside. Will definitely return in future.

I frequent this location at various times of day. They are always busy and sometimes there is a wait but it is never too long and everything is made perfectly. I would say my patience is key but really everyone else is just expects instant gratification. I never wait more than five minutes at most very rarely.

Wow this was the worst “fast” food experience ever. 20 minutes waiting for a happy meal after placing a mobile order. The lobby was full of people waiting. Not sure what was going on but it was terrible!

Do you ever waited an hour for just one drink that you ordered and then when you go out to discuss the order after an hour calmly they tell you to just hold on one minute and wait an additional 20 minutes. I just did that and I’m proud to say I still don’t have a Coke

Plenty of space here in thus McDonald's. The service is slow though & not as clean!

Ordered Happy Meal for granddaughter through App for curbside pick up. Took a while and the server seemed to have an attitude. The meal didn't have the kids fry so I had to go inside and that same server who brought it out to the car acted like I was inconveniencing her. No sorry. No Thank you. No show of concern whatsoever. Needs a big attitude adjustment. My first and last time using curbside and probably my last time at that McDonalds.

I stopped here for breakfast. The person in front of me was handed a meal but it was incorrect so they passed it back to the staff. When it was my turn, I was given a bag with incorrect food. I let them know it was wrong but instead of asking what I ordered they handed me another bag with the wrong order. I finally decided to let them know what I ordered, they responded “ok” while they pass me a 3rd bag.. Of course the third time wasn’t a charm, It was wrong again. After a total of 30 minutes in the drive through I got the correct order. My iced coffee tasted like they ran out of coffee and made me a cup off creamer milk and sugar. Save your time and money and skip this location.
