Not exactly fine Scottish dining, but at this point we know what to expect from Good ole Mc D's.The warm sweet it'll do food we have come to expect at 1am when we need to conveniently fill our guts. This location is usually busy all the time it seems, and the food doesn't seem to have a lot of opportunity to dry out under heat lamps. Add Mac sauce and extra cheese to everything.
Receipt clearly details a double quarter pounder. Cashier rang it up correctly, window failed me.Edit: went again since, probably never again. 4th photo is a nearly completely raw burger from second recent visit, cool to touch.
Awesome service Fresh and hot friendly team members, keep up the good work ??
For the love of God, change your signs if your lobby is going to be closed. It is a waste of my time and energy to walk up to check the doors when your sign literally says "drive thru AND lobby open 24hrs"!!! Only to find the door locked and then the walk of shame back to my car. At the very least have a large sign that can be read from the car that clearly says if your lobby is open or closed. I am sick and tired of these guessing games!!!!!!
I live within 10 minutes of this store, but I will never go to this McDonald's again! They are too worried about the drive through while customs are standing at the counter, there making everyone order on the kiosks but not telling them until they have stood by the conter for 15 - 20 minutes. You can no longer get your own drinks as they have gotten rid of the drink machine in the dining room. All employees including the manager were very RUDE!
This was the worst visit at this mcdanalds i have ever had. The order taker took the order correctly but it took them 4 times to get the order right. When the girl at the pick up window handed us two burgers out of the 5 burgers plus fries and told us to park. I told her to take them back and redo the whole order again so everything was hot she rolled her eyes. I asked her if it was your order wouldn't she want it all hot and complete? We parked and 3 more times we had to send the girl back inside because the order was still missing food. Hard to believe so much confusion when the order was taken correctly to begin with. And they were not busy in drive-thru at all.
I ordered a mobile pickup order and my total was $5.44. after waiting 30 minutes in the parking lot I called and cancelled my order. I was told that I would get my money back in 5-7 days.3 days later I still noticed charge pending in my account when I called McDonald's I got no answer I've been trying to get a hold of somebody to no avail. I was charged for food that was never received nobody cares to rectify this. I will no longer go to McDonald's and I will no longer refer you guys to any of my friends or families. This is sad coming from somebody that used to work there and know things can run a lot smoother
If I could give less than a star I would. When you walk in and no one greets you. No one asks if you need anything. No one bothers to even look your way, this is a problem. What happened to “Welcome to McDonalds”? Literally the only one inside the restaurant other than the 4 employees, and the manager has the audacity to say, when I say no one is helping me, “ma’am your aren’t the only one here. Literally I was the only one there sir! There really isn’t a “labor shortage” there is a shortage of laborers! No training, no work ethic. Zero customer service.
how about not serving chicken with brown lettuce that's been under a heat lamp for hours. the bread is hard but at least this time they got my order right as last time I ordered the chicken sandwich deluxe I was given a spicy which I couldn't eat and this time just a inedible chicken deluxe sandwich. Im sick of paying money on stuff I can't even eat. we expect to never ever ever get sauces but the food itself has gone downhill. Wendy's is across the street maybe they can actually take a correct order and I can eat my sandwich.
Placed an order via DoorDash and even after a hour after placing it, my dasher was still waiting for the food. He waited almost 45 minutes (god bless him), and when I called the restaurant for an update, whoever answered kept interrupting me. I get being short staffed having worked in personal relations/retail before, but they weren’t even doing the bare minimum to make up for it.
