Very quick and accurate service, bacon egg biscuit meal and large coffee with 5 cream and Splenda on the side. Three mornings consecutively only 5 - 6 minutes drive up for three mornings straight. Good job!

I would give zero stars if I could. I placed an order through Uber Eats at midnight on 7/16/22 which was about $40. I did not receive half of my items and everything else was ice cold. The delivery address was 3 minutes from this McDonald’s and my driver arrived there 5 minutes after my order was placed.My food arrived ice cold and 3 of my 4 drinks were missing (2 frappes and one hot caramel macchiato). I asked my driver where they were and he said that he was told this was my whole order and even offered to drive back to see if they forgot. I called in the meantime and I did not get answered 3x in a row. When I called again from another number, they answered and then hung up. So I went in person.When I arrived the drive thru was bot taking orders unless you were UberEats or Doordash. So i went to the window and was told “Well I told you we don’t have frappes” by a very annoyed and upset manager. (All of the other support staff were very nice) I let them know that we never spoke because no one answered the phone and that I would just like my order remade and to receive a substitute for my drinks (iced coffees with whip and a hot coffee made with milk, caramel and whip.) The manager (an older woman) argued with me for 5 minutes that my order is wrong because its MY fault. Eventually she made these coffees wrong (even though I was the only car in the drive through at the time) and then one of the cooks handed me my burgers (3). The coffees came last and I was finally able to leave after 30 minutes. I also asked for an extra fry order and was willing to pay for the difference (even though at this point it should’ve been free after all of this hassle) and she exclaimed “OH MY GOD” and practically threw them at me without even taking my money. I just left before the situation got hostile because I rather take this up higher than try to reason with an employee who is yelling at me over a small issue. I will never go back here and tbh I will probably actively tell people to avoid this location.

If I could rate this McDonald's 0 stars I WOULD. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD!!!!! THE FOOD IS COLD AND NOT FRESH, THE WORKERS ARE YOUNG AND DUMB. I JUST WAITED IN A 30 MINUTE LINE AND I CALLED THEM THEY STATED THAT THE WAIT IS LONG BECAUSE THEY ARE DOING A SCHEDULE CHANGE. I GOT TO THE FIRST WINDOW AND I SEE THE WHOLE STAFF TALKING AND PLAYING AROUND!!!!! I WILL CONTACT CORPORATE!!!!!

Ordered breakfast with 1 frappe. She rang up 4 frappes and when i corrected her she gave me attitude and said she's removing them. At the window to pay, i sat there for 1 minute while the girl and her friend talked about someone following her on Facebook. After i paid i asked for a receipt & she said i don't need 1 and shut the window. WORST MCDONALD'S EVER!!

This McDonald's gives you fresh, well made breakfasts. Their personnel is always friendly and helpful. The service procedure for the drive-thru needs to be adjusted. The wait during the busy times is way too long.

I should not have to be forced to use Uber or door dash. Y’all have a mobile app that takes payment so if the register down I can pay on the app. It always seems like this happens when the old lady night manager is working because she don’t want to actually put in the work. Y’all need to fire her and get the other guy that works at night who is amazing!

Not only did they forget to give me one of my meals but I received a quarter pounder that was not fully cooked ??

I arrived about 08:30 to find a double line around the store. I went inside but the self-order kiosk was stuck on breakfast items. She Who Must Be Obeyed had sent me for the McDouble on the $1 menu, which offered a sausage biscuit but no hamburger. Selecting "sandwiches" instead of "$1 $2 $3" did not expand the menu. It is now 11:57 and I have still not gotten anything except texted curses from My Queen. I'm about to go buy a grill, charcoal, matches, lighter fluid, ground beef, buns, ketchup, pickles and onions and cook them myself in the drive through lane.

Doesn't follow their posted hours, has been a persistent problem. Caters to Uber/DD orders if delivery but not for pickup? Order system is down half the time and won't take mobile orders, and when they do half the time your order is wrong. Absurd even for a McD.

The service was lousy and even tho I had order ahead using the mobile app. The food was not ready. The drive thru traffic was one of the worst I've experienced. Although this time my food wasn't overcooked and I got all my food. The last time, parts of my order was missing. This McDonald's location should be closed and all staff retrained.
