We have order the amazing pizza from Marcos.Everyone it's a 10!Crispy. Cheese is amazing and they never disappoint.If you've never been.....it's your loss
PLEASE HIRE MORE PEOPLE OR TRAIN THOSE THERE TO HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I waited over 5 minutes and I know one of the workers saw me but he completely ignored me until I saw the pizza that I was delivering was already ready and went behind the counter to grab it. And then he scolded me for being “back there.” Well, hello! I wouldn’t have to be behind the counter if someone would have helped me within 5 minutes. Not only is me waiting possibly making the pizza cold but also is making the customer I am delivering it to wait.
It's a great place to eat, amazing food. To work this place is the worst ever, the owner give you all the bad hours since he got his people for the day shift so he gets you stock with closing hours and the slow time of the day so you don't make enought, they expect you for low pay to do it all, you're delivery guy and they want you to do inside of the store also, worst place to work in Sanford do not get fooled by the add on the job apps. Do not work for this place go to WM or Macdonald for real, and feel free to show it to the employees.
I just ordered my food and expected a 30-40 minute wait & they pulled up about 15 minutes after I placed my order! Excellent speed and service! They don't mess around!
My favorite pizza shop around! I always do a build your own barbecue chicken thin crust pizza with extra chicken and it is delicious.

I have had delivery from this location several times and it’s always been fresh and great food. They have missed small items before like plates and extra sauces etc, but overall great food and service. I called this evening for a delivery and I was told I was over 5 miles away and they couldn’t deliver to us. I told the young woman on the phone that we were much closer than five miles (3.4 miles to be exact) and I was instantly cut off with a poor attitude and asked,” Do you want to speak to my manager.” Terrible customer service and zero phone edict. Then they want 15, 16, 20 dollars an hour lol. I feel bad for the franchise owner. Must be hard to find competent help in sanford. We’ll try again some time next year, maybe. Zero stars.
Ordered carry out, very friendly staff, pizza was ready quickly and was great.
Took $20 out of my bank account and I still didn't get my pizza because my card was on hold ,last time I order from this company I called and was told it's my problem but they took my money ?
