The staff was so unprofessional after online said my order would be ready had to wait additional 30 minutes. Then when I asked about my order I got attitude from the girl to front counter. WILL NOT BE BACK.
The worst! You can really tell Sanford locals run this place. Save your time and money and stay away. Rude & dirty
Went in on my lunch break to grab a quick pizza, no hot and ready available. So I ordered my pizza waited 30 mins to ask how much longer only to get told they forgot my and another person's pizza and would "get it started now" so I asked for a refund and settled for 2 pepperoni that I'm sure were someone else's. Only reason it's a 3 instead of 2 star is he at least tried to make it better
my pizza is always fresh &' good but they do take very long most of the time &' the managers always have an attitude to the employees they are always rude never FAILS.
Pizza took 60 minutes, not 30 like was promised. I think employees should be fired for rude behavior. BTW, pizza was LOUSY!
Ordered food online food was not ready. Then I to had to wait for food to be prepared. Hence I had already paid online.. They are understaffed..Close if you can't service customers. Or we unable to fill online orders, do to staffing issues. Bread sticks I order were cold and pizza presentation was sloppy.. The few workers they had were pleasant.
I'm giving one start because there isn't an option for negative stars. I always place my order online and, without fail, the order is never ready on time. Today, my last time ever buying from this Little Caesars, the order was over twenty minutes late. Obviously defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.
I gave it 4 stars because I went to buy batman panties and it was delicious but I wanted the crazy bread cheese and they didn't have cheese, that's the only problem that store has, they never have what you want. Thanks
Placed an order via their app for 12:30, I did not get my pizza until 12:52.This is not the first time, but it will definitely be the last time!Me and my family have been customers for years, it's a shame how far they have dropped in customer service.
We were told our pizza's would be 15-20 minutes. 40 minutes later we had one hot pizza and one cold pizza. They told me sorry for the wait that they ran out of dough. Told my kids a different story. Customer service is definitely lacking.
