The customer service was great,food was good,but the portion size has definitely decreased.
Thursday June 2 2022 at 11:50 am a friend and I entered Lees in Sanford FloridaThere was a lady at the counter ahead of us finishing placing her takeout order and we observer three elderly people sitting at one table eating their meals.Our turn to order came and we placed our order with an inattentive woman who gave the impression she needed to be elsewhere.We received our order in a reasonable amount of time and took it to a table to eat.There was only one table that didn’t have crumbs on the surface and crumbs on the seats.We both agreed our meals were excellent.At 12:10 pm the place was almost at capacity for lunch.From where I was sitting I could hear and see people bringing back takeout orders that were wrong by three different patrons.After finishing eating I went to the restroom to wash my hands.Immediately when I opened the door a stench rolled out, there was used paper towels laying on the floor next to an overflowing trash can, wet and dry urine all over the floor and on the urinal and toilet.After washing my hands I immediately went to my car and used my sanitizer on my hands.My friend and I agreed that the food was good and we will return only thru the drive through
We live in Sanford always had a great meal but the last 2 time getting chicken the gravy has so much pepper in it you just can't eat it ..want the gravy back with less pepper a little goes a long way... so disappointed ?
Service on a busy Wednesday was awesome. $5.99 chicken dinner is a good deal, the chicken was very good. Good size pieces. The sides not so good, mac n cheese no flavor at all & I got cole slaw but I asked for mashed potatoes & gravy. Cole slaw was ok. First time & I will be back, the gizzards were soft & taste great too. Good Chicken place
Food was just okay, the chicken was good, chicken livers were too salty to eat. Sides were okay but very small. Staff was friendly, restaurant was clean.
Worst service ever the guy was high and couldn't get my order correct at all I asked him if he had an item he told me he had it and he told me he didn't didn't know what was going on was the worst service I've ever had in my life I would not recommend going here. Now the other ones I'm not sure about. I'm sure the other leaves fried Chicken places are good the one in Sanford don't waste your time
I thought I would try something new for dinner last night, oops. Food tasted good but 30 minutes later I had to leave my job and go home, I got so sick from something there, I spent 2 hours puking it all out at home and couldn’t even return to my job. Feeling better today, but wow
Got a 16 piece family meal bbq beans, potato salad, and mac n' cheese. Some biscuits and fried gizzards! I'll tell you something my favorite was the biscuits! Holy moly they was like homemade mmm mmm good!!! I believe the young man at the windows name was Orion I'm pretty sure that's not how you spell it though! However, he was very nice and pleasant!
I tried ordering 4 different items from their menu and was told they didn't have any. How do you run a restaurant without food? The staff had an meh so what attitude. needless to say I won’t ever go back.
Food was amazing, polite people. The potato wedges and everything were absolutely delicious. I recommend going to eat here!
