Crew actively tried to not take my order and continued serving the drive thru. Never got my drink either
Food is always as expected. Sometimes they truly have such a small number of employees 2 people working. But they manage to figure it out. This rating is simply for the manager to give these employees some help!
Terrible KFC, I got the 4 piece and chicken breast was dry, the bisquits were cold and hard so they were obviously old. I did not get my side that came with the meal and was not even asked if I wanted original or extra cripsy. They were not even busy. Very disappointing meal.
I got the 3 large sides and 20 pc chicken tender meal. At 8pm how does it take almost an hour to get your food. When it dinner rush time. Where yall killing and defeathering the chicken. I seen over 5 people come after me and get there food before me. The woman behind me had to wait to and still got her food before me. Not only did I wait almost an hour. It was cold. they didn't give me my gravy for the mashed potatoes. Had to go inside and get it. Then they give you an individual serving bowl for the LG mashed potatoes.
Westvan stellar experience at this location. Is staff member sounded annoyed when having to respond to me at the drive-tru squawk Box, Then proceeded to tell me all they had was was drumsticks and size when I've tried to place my order. When I got to the drive-through window, my large ice water was a medium, Not the large I had ordered. To add further insult to injury, Minutes later when I had an opportunity to eat my meal, The chicken was dry and barely warm. Not to mention, instead of fries I got mashed potatoes and gravy which I did not order.
This has got to be the absolute worst KFC in the area. More than one time, you are turned away because they are out of dark meat or out of everything you ask for. It’s so consistent that it’s undeniably deliberate and not true. I wish KFC corporate would audit this place and find new staff that have professional integrity. The last time they turned me away at the drive thru to say they were out of most items on the menu except white meat, so early in the evening, was the last time. I’m never going there again. I don’t recommend this location and I don’t trust these kinds of employees who lie like this handling food that I may order. I recommend others going elsewhere. Terrible location.
Horrible experience. Ordered food through drive thru and when I opened the bag in parking lot, they didn't put the lid on the bowl and it spilled all inside the bag. Went back inside the store and they told.me they can't do anything about it
My boyfriend & I went inside for lunch. The place was clean, The staff was friendly, & It wasn't crowded at all. They're is a soda machine on the counter so you can fill your cup up but it was down so I had to go up & ask for a refill
I went in to get my kids food through the drive through they told me drive through was closed to go inside ok. My teenage daughter goes inside to order food they tell her that it will take 30 mins. For some fried chicken. Ok. She's waiting for like 15 mins or more inside for 2 combos which were chicken strips. They need to get it together!! Hire people who want to work !!
Terrible service. Waited over 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich and 2 biscuits. They kept having everyone pull away from the window and the worker didn’t even know who’s order was who.
