Good service. Ordered hooters original wings, hot. Wings were definitely not the way hooters makes their wings. Batter was not even close and the taste of the sauce tasted totally different. Hooters corp really needs to send someone out for quality control at this hooters. Very disappointed.
Whoever made this did a pour jobs and gave me hardly anything on these tacos.. Uber eats order.
I have been to plenty of hooters locations but this one... not my fave. Not sure if they changed the supplier of wings but definitely seemed like smaller wings, they breading was eh, not a lot of sauce like usual and I definitely had a smokey flavored wing coated with hot sauce.The fried pickles were ok.A bit sour and saltier than I remember. The sauce for them is always great. The wait staff was nice.Won't return for a while.
Service was prompt, food was good. My waitress had a great smile and seemed very happy with her job.
HORRIBLE experience here for the SECOND time.Same issue both tines, SLOW service, made our food wrong. BOTH times we came it took over a HOUR to get our food CORRECTLY.Just sad, and unacceptable. Manager was fake, rude and sarcastic...I thought WE were the customers...that we pay our money to eat and be served. Go up the street to Buffalo wild wings, better food, better service and they actually have food and drink specials.
Sanford hooter was a great place to have lunch today. Cali are waitress was very friendly and made sure everything was great. Wings were nice and large and the sauces were very tasty.
Great Hot wings and Hotter Service
Wonderful experience at Hooters during the Hooters and hot rods event. The grilled wings were amazingly juicy and flavorful with plenty of hot sauce. The french fries were fresh and tasty without being greasy. The service was attentive without being obtrusive. But the hot rods and cars on display stole the show. I highly recommend this event to anyone who has appreciation for internal combustion engine driven vehicles.

So I have been coming to this Hooters forever it seems. Our server was Jaylyn and was a new hire of only 2 weeks. Poor girl was sabotaged by experienced servers. The other servers were playing dual roles but it was not busy. They double sat Jaylyn with a 3 top (my party) and another 4 top and she already had a 3 top. Our table had not been prepared for guests as there was no paper towel roll when we got our food. Our order came out split up. Which was fine but most people want to eat at the same time not be last to eat at their table. I knew something was off... Only once did another server come to check on us. A different server ran the food out to us, and forgot to check the ticket because everything from sauce to loaded taters was not correct. Anyways, mgmt needs to talk to senior servers and explain that just because another beautiful person gets hired...doesnt mean you sabotage their shift with double seating, poor service, and bad training. I tipped poor Jaylyn her 20% and spoke to her briefly about what I noticed and wrote here. Food was great, but poor morale.
