Horrible customer service! Super rude! I’ve given this exact Dunkin multiple different chances over about a year or two now. Every single time the staff is beyond rude, they can not get the orders right, each time I go there they have to re make my drink about three times each time I go there and it’s STILL not right. I just give up and leave. The foods always cold or made wrong. Also, the staff is barely even dressed in proper uniform, pants are sagging, hats are on sideways, shirts are stained and dingy. Not a respectable restaurant. I hope corporate steps in and handles this soon.
I just walked over after a long day at work across the street & the posted hours are open until 8pm yet I can't get in because the doors to the lobby are locked & I am approached by two employees smoking in the parking lot in front of the lobby. They ask me what I'm doing here i said i would like to go in & place an order & they said they only have hot coffee & they close in 10 minutes... I just wanted a cold drink & a small snack after a 10 hour work day. VERY disappointed.
Been to this Dunkin Donuts a few times, and every time My wife and I go, there is always an issue. Either the “hot food kitchen” isn’t working, the machine that is used to make latte’s isn’t working, and even when we asked for an avocado toast, the bread apparently was frozen. That is literally what we were told. How the is the bread frozen. It’s Dunkin’ Donuts stupid, your hottest commodity is the avocado toast plus you make breakfast sandwiches. I would really like to contact the owner of this location. The employees are driving down the business, not helpful when Starbucks is 50ft away.
If the creator of Dunkin could see what the Dunkin name is today he’d be ashamed. Dunkin in general is terrible and the quality is not good. Every time we go to this dunkin in Sanford the service is terrible and they always mess up the drinks. Come on and do your job. Whoever is responsible for managing this location needs to be fired. I ordered a latte and was told the machine is down for cleaning. It’s a Sunday morning… really. Then I was told they don’t have have changed for a $50 and was told I had to go to the store and get change. Then they said they didn’t have any coins and could only give bills and no coins. What is going on!
This place is a joke parking lot is empty for a reason. They don't have anything. It's 5pm and they have no donuts. Really? And the frozen coffee machine is always "being cleaned" come back in 30 mins. Call them 1hr later and the machine is being cleaned "again" try back in 30 mins. I've seen worse DD but they used to be good and on such a busy road they are dead. Won't come back. Go to Wawa or Starbucks.
I’m not sure why this place is still open. If you go after 12 PM they will not have any donuts available. They will not make any more!! And then if you ask if they have food available they say yes I can start ordering. Start ordering and boom. That’s not available either. Like can’t you toast a bagel? Why can’t you make a sandwich?? Sad. This has been going on for months now and I’m not sure how they are still open.
The worst... Dirty, rude staff, poorly run. 40 minutes in a drive thru line because the inside is closed on a Sunday morning. This owner should have the franchise taken away if they can't run it properly. Hire staff and stop blaming Covid.
AFTERNOON CREW IS HORRIBLE!We come to this location often and usually don’t have a good experience but this one was the last I could take. i was ordering and mid order I guess she decided I was done and told me my total and turned off her mike I had only ordered a couple drinks and wanted to order food for the children in my car and NOTHING. I sat there at the box for about 5 minutes saying HELLO EXCUSE ME ANYONE THERE? And nothing I continued to drive to the front window to see what had happened and she was texting facing the other direction. I proceeded to ask her if I could finish my order and she barked at me that they don’t allow that I couldn’t add my food at the windows even after me telling her that they did not let me finish my order. I received more attitudes from more of the staff they were all acting very immature and disturbingly careless the whole transaction. They then continued to give us all of our drinks and ONE straw. I don’t know if it was meant to be petty or if it was truly and accident but I went inside and asked to speak to the manager since “the manager said we couldn’t add our food” and I was intimidated by the crew and asked multiple times “MANAGER FOR WHAT!?!?” To the point we’re I felt I needed to remove my self. The manager Nelly came out unaware of what had gone down and was never even told about my order or my complication she wasn’t informed because the little girls never told her. i retrieved my own straws and left without food and I will never be back to this location. This isn’t the first time this staff has gotten big with its customers to intimidate them and this location is even know around for its aggressive nature and bad service. my mistake was just sucking it up because it’s the closest but I will now take the extra journey to go to LITERALLY. ANY. OTHER. LOCATION.
Second trip to this location within 30 minutes of closing and denied my order. First visit 2 weeks ago was 10 minutes before closing and they stated they were closed and no longer providing service.Tonight I got there 35 minutes before closing and told they are ONLY serving HOT coffee. I stated I was wanting ice coffee. They repeated it was close to closing time and they were only serving hot coffee.Meanwhile, in the parking lot, two employees are having a party in the parking lot with their car radio turned up and chatting with each other.I may try one more time as I go by the 3 strikes you are out rule.
Walked in and was essentially ignored for nearly 4 minutes no one else was in line. When I ordered the tall kid with the tats and a $#it attitude was annoyed I wanted to choose my assortment of 12 doughnuts. After more time passed a young lady with a pleasant demeanor finally helped me. This location sucks for customer service. Won't be buying doughnuts here again.
