I can update this review, but this is a second time in 2 weeks in here and waiting for service and looks like nobody is here, they don't have what I want again.Many people working but not good service and attention with food and customers waiting.
I really don’t write bad reviews but Dunkin’ Donuts is the most unorganized food establishment. It took me 20 minutes just to get someone to even help me. They were just standing there talking to each other. Then they were out of donuts. They seemed irritated to even help me.
This location really needs to get it together they’re always out of everything and just went through and they said they currently weren’t any more orders because they were to backed up. I’ve worked customer service for years and still do and never have been to the point to where we couldn’t continue taking orders they honestly just need to close this location it’s not worth the gas drive to it
I have visited this location several times recently and the customer service there is nonexistent. Each time I ended up walking out because they didn't even acknowledge me after waiting more than 10-15 at the counter. There was only one other customer before me. Once they served the customer, which took what seemed like an eternity, I did not even get a courtesy "we'll be with you in a moment". After about another 5-7 minute wait, I left. I would highly recommend a training course for all staff. Perhaps consider following the path of another fast food establishment (ahem....Chic-Fil-A) that excels in customer service 100% of the time.
I actually ended up leaving because they didn't have any boxes, no straws, the staff was incredibly confused and my friends order was completely wrong.
I have been in the food service industry for over 17 years now And the establishment that I currently work at we run the store with 3 people 3 people and we still manage to make sure everyone's order is right if not we will call them contact them and let them know if we are short on something or we don't have something in stock for their order Then if we are short or out of the item they ordered we see if there's something we can substitute for it or we fund their money this Dunkin' donuts received our Uber eats eat order on a Saturday morning we ordered 3 coffees a breakfast sandwich 6 donuts and a order of hash Browns we received 2 coffees 5 doughnuts cool hash Browns and barely anything even in the bag for them And when we called them to let them know that they owed us a coffee they're instructed Us to get back on Uber eats and order and pay for again the coffee that we never received There's no excuse for that and it's unacceptable if I could give 0 stars I would it has put a severely bad taste in my mouth for any Dunkin donuts ever again
this is my new favorite Dunkin! every time I go they are friendly, patient, and they get my order right every time. the food and drinks even taste better here!

Service & staff today were great! Coffee was hot & fresh still at 11:30. Staff were clearly communicating out loud with each other. They were friendly, even asked how our day was going. Just above & beyond. Nice work team!
This is the first time I feel compelled to write a negative review on a business.The last 3 times I’ve been to this location I wasn’t even served because they never have anything. I went around 7 pm to get donuts and they had none. Like ZERO donuts. The other day I went for coffee and the machine wasn’t working. Today I went to get a refresher at noon and they were “already out” of refreshers. And not only that but before their official closing hours they are already closed! Very disappointing and never trying again to shop at this location. Go to the one in Lake Mary, much better service.
