My family and I had a great experience at this location this morning. Our waitress was Lindsey and she was very polite and fast. Bob the manager was awesome and so kind. Can't forget about the food it was so good!
Ok there was 4 of us I order the lumber jack breakfast and everyone else got there food while I had to wait so long they were done eating when mine came and it was cold and the hash browns were so grease's that I couldn't eat it so sad that you pay money to go out to eat and can't eat it .they need cook's that know what they are doing.
This is the first time we have been to this location in a while. There was a good number of servers and cooks. Bob the manager came by the table to introduce himself. He took his time talking. That was a nice touch. Lindsey was our server and did a great job. We had a few issues with how how the food was cooked but overall Lindsey did a great job making things right for us. I would visit again.
My husband I have been here several times over the past few months and each time service is great and the food is too. Our wait staff has been awesome, and most recently had Lindsey. Super attentive and sweet.
The food was not what I ordered the cafe was horrible the services was horrible only one employee fir the entire place I asked for something I never received it. The place needs to a good cleaning. The server was nice but it was to much for him. I don’t recommend it in the morning
Worst service and food i have ever tasted. Chicken sandwich was hard as a rock. Chips were stale. One and half onion ring in the platter. Only stopped by because they were open 24hr. Never again
I ordared the pancake puffs. They were so burnt and greasy I could only manage to eat one. My coworkers tried them and agreed. The girl at the counter was nice but the food was not worth the trip.
Had another great experience this past Sunday at this location. My server Kathy took excellent care of us, the new manager Bob was walking around greeting all the tables. I really appreciate him taking time to personally thank us for visiting his store. Amazing food as always, my families favorite restaurant!
The food was fine, fresh and hot. But the (I assume manager) was so loud and rude to his employees saying" I have 6kids and a wife I can make it here in time there's no excuse why she can't I don't care if her kids sick she's not going to come in an hour late and except to work so I sent her home". Obviously I don't know if this is a habit of the employe but the manager had no need to scream everything from the kitchen so everyone in the restaurant could hear.
RUN RUN. I place order over the with employee. She Repeat my order and proceeded to tell me how much it was. My order was wrong.. when I called the GM BOB had the Audacity to tell me my order wasn’t paid for in the first place. Are you freaking serious? I have the receipt. Instead of taking accountability on what they did wrong you gonna have the nerves to say I didn’t pay.. Do not waste your time eating here
