There workers there are so selfish with the toppings. You pay for extra and you get a spoon full of crumbs. Given what they ask for. Please the people and they will come back. This is for the girls the one cashier and the heavy set one. You girls have poor judgement over the amount of extras people ask for and pay for. The customer is always right. Hope management reads this .

Really good customer service. Tipped $27 and they forget my pecans for my butter pecans. Ask for elyse the dazzler she fixed me right up. Very pretty location nice scenery!

My 10 year olds birthday was yesterday and she wanted DQ for breakfast. The owner and crew were so kind and served as long before it actually opens, and Lindsey received a bag with three great cups of ice creams the mess ups of the day before. What a happy morning that was for my girl. Delicious „mess ups“! The same owner has been there since my much older daughters were little and even gave one of my older ones a tour 8 years ago. Customer service has always been important to him. He might have not remembered me, but I didn‘t forget his kindness from years ago. Way to go! ?

Very retro-looking, decent prices, Walk-up dairy queen, NO drive thru, Lacklust service, and they got our order 50% wrong. The location is definitely interesting, it is off a street, with gravel instead of pavement. Some picnic tables do exist here along with a bench. We got to see a plane go over us as it was about to land at Sanford Airport, which was cool and unique for sure.

I had the New York cheesecake with strawberry, amazing taste and efficient service 10stars if I could.

We don't complain anywhere. But after several times being given wrong items, or the item not being made right, we just won't go back. I know you might say that we should complain and give them a chance to fix things but after what I witnessed the other night, no way! Someone was nicely addressing that an item they had paid over $11 for... Yep, that much and another over $10 for were not made how they normally are, the manager told the customers that they seemed to frequently have an issue, and that she would remake one but not the other. As the people left, I heard the one with the remade one day that it still wasn't right. Nope, I'm done, as I suspect those folks are also. We don't spend like them. I heard him say his bill was nearly $30 for the three of them, and that it was the same the night before. They used to have a good crew who made things right consistently. I guess the labor shortage has made them hire folks who aren't the best at following up recipes. Just my opinion, but we'll wait a year, or so, and see if the crew changes, then maybe the orders will come out right. They stay busy because they are the only "game in town" so to speak.

We love this little dairy queen. The people are always friendly and it's very close to our home.

Such a great old school Dairy Queen. Been going here many years. Just great ice cream, sundaes, shakes, Blizzards and banana splits.

This location is a staple in Sanford. Great ice cream and great service. Also recently renovated with plenty of outside seating.

Ice Cream ! Enough said. As you pull your car into a spot, don't worry if there is a line. The 2 ice cream magicians keep that line and those whinny kids moving on. You think there's a wait, but it moves along the road to heaven on Earth; my favorite ice cream fast food place in the Universe ! Quantum Mechanics still can't figure out the wonderfulness here.Your greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable employee who no sooner takes your order, than it is in your hands. This is definitely a place where having food on your nose is not only a guarantee but a must. All fresh fruit Banana Boat sails it's way from your hands to your stomach, who has been waiting patiently. As it passes those hyperactive tastes buds your reminded instantly when you used to come here as a child. The freshness of the Banana and strawberries wash over your tongue like a monsoon, only to be followed by the chocolate ice berg that may have sunk the Titanic. The coco beans you can almost taste the entire field from where it was lucked and made it's way to your very belly. YUM !Get down to this place and not only satisfy your inner demon
