Been here twice so far and each time has been very good, the smoked prime rib is some of the best I've had. I got a 16oz Prime Rib, that if I had a scale seemed like a 20-22oz cut, it was gigantic and very well cooked for it's size. The fries were delicious as was the Onions rings, Bread, and Caesar Salad.Everything was on point and delicious for the cost, our waiter was very attentive and knew how to talk and be interactive and charming. Wish I remembered his name to give him credit but he went by "The Villain"Everyone else at the table enjoyed their meals and with such choices on the menu will definitely be back to try more.
I have been going to Colorado’s for years and this is the first time I’ve tried the pork chop, usually stay away from pork chops at restaurants due to it being cooked to dry, not at Colorado’s; the chop was cooked to perfection excellent flavor and perfectly seasoned. Always a great time at Colorado’s and the waitstaff and bartenders are always friendly and knowledgeable and helpful, never had a bad experience at this establishment. It’s no wonder why my mother and father in-law go here for dinner every Friday!
The food was a bit under seasoned and did not taste fresh, but the service was good.
Nice place. Casual and clean. Our server was very friendly and attentive. I had the smoked prime rib and it was good, not great. A little to smokey for my taste. The rolls are amazing though!
Food was not very quality. Had to send my steak back as it was still raw. Appetizers were obviously frozen. Salad was basically lettuce. This was my 2nd time in and probably my last. The only redeeming thing here was the service. My server was quick, friendly, and kind.
Great food & even better service. Mary took excellent care of us. Our glasses were never empty & she made good suggestions. Manager stopped by to see how we were doing. Great experience for beginning to end!
Been eating here for years with the family. Food is still good after all this time, but you can tell they've had to adjust from market issues caused by covid. Portions are a little smaller and prices have gone up like most places. Fries are still amazing however! Staff is still as friendly as ever too.
We celebrated my birthday. All 4 of us ordered the prime rib. It was done perfectly. And it was delicious. We each took leftovers home for another meal. Our server was professional, knowledgeable and personable. We'll go back again.
Our waiter was Weston he was fantastic very focused on our every need! He made our meal so enjoyable, steaks were cooked to perfection will definitely recommend to everyone!
I had the rib eye steak meal & sweet ice tea, the meal was great & the waiter took care of us very good as well. Total including tip was 35.00My sister had the prime rib & she was satisfied as well.
