I will never purchase food from this place ever again. Every time my family ordered food it was always wrong it was always the total opposite of what we ordered, the last time we ordered it made us sick I don’t know what’s going on in that place but it sucks.NEVER AGAIN?
The place was filthy, the bathroom had urine streaked all over the floor, the tables had food on them and crumbs, this was a not so good experience, it was not bad it was subaverage. I like to go and eat at a clean and sanitized place. I was even afraid of washing my hands in the bathroom, that’s how bad it was.
I appreciate this location. I have not had any issues, unlike other locations. Other locations have had overcooked meats, over salted rice or have had my delivery order missing things. This location I have had both delivered, ordered ahead for pickup, and made in person, they meet each request and never feel like I get ripped off. I also order my bowls/burritos with almost everything and they gladly fill those items and close them up without deterring me to lessen things.
Been to this Chipotle countless times. Sometimes they run out of steak or get behind but I would go to this location over lake mary any day. Employees are very kind and never had any questions of the quality.
Ordered online a chicken salad it was only cilantro on the base barely any chicken. Couldn't eat it. Made me sick to my stomach. The bag of chips are totally stale.
Normally love me some Chipotle, but last night got extremely sick after eating there. Anyone else get sick. Hopefully staff is doing there best for healthy food prep. Store and staff are always very polite and helpful. So not about bashing the store just reminding them about food safety priorities.
Fresh ingredients, convenient app for pickup, and some tasty options. Serving size for the price is good, and they make some pretty good guac! Chipotle is usually our go-to for last minute "I don't wanna cook" nights, and this is our local one we usually go to.
Ordered online and when I opened my food at home saw they did not give me meat on my burrito bowl and did not put the steak on my husband's burrito. This is the third time in a row they have messed up my order. You cannot talk to someone because you are directed to go online and fill out information. Ridiculouos
Really love the food but depends who is working on how well it's made a few employees really are tight with the meat and toppings and give attitude if you ask for more
Never had an issue before but tonight different story.. Ordered 3 tacos and what I got was one big mushy taco, everything was cold, it doesn't look like they put much time into these but $30 for 2 items I think you should be able to eat a taco and not have to try to separate them from one another... Shame on you Chipotle!! This is how you lose customers.
