Out of whipped cream for shakes. Shakes were a bit runny. GF bun was nice and separated in its own package, but grilled chicken sandwich wasn't that great. Always clean and good service though! I'll be back for whipped cream on a shake!
Here's 3 stars because you guys have always been far superior to any other restaurant's drive thru. However, 3 stars are for the last three orders I have brought home from your drive thru have been wrong. Please don't be like the others, I know you guys get a ton of cars, but please continue to give the high quality service you always have, and don't be like the others who constantly steal money from the consumers by not filling the full order.
This location is The Best of all Chik-fil-a restaurants I visit. Friendly people, great food, and exceptionally quick service. Corporate should model this location for ALL others to follow. Cascade this sentiment to the team and keep up the great work!!!! And thank you for the first rate experience each and every time!!!
What is that!!! I've never gotten these kind of potatoes before. Are you sure this is the proper quality of your company?I ordered meals with waffle fries and tried to eat them but two of large waffle fries were almost this quality.(1/3 were only potato skin side and 1/3 looked like left over. And also soggy.)Very disappointed and bad experience. I wish my son didn't eat them so I could share the picture of the whole waffle fries.[One more! Burgers are in the soup cup with plastic lid not in the boxes. I am not sure this is right, either cuz I've never got burgers like that before. ]** I recommend you to go to lake mary Chick-fil-A.
Went here just 10 minutes ago. Pulled up to the window. 3 high schoolers standing there amongst each other with their back towards me, didn’t even say hi. Asked for two large fries. This is what I got. Two small sizes in a large. Asked for 6 ketchup and 6 cfa sauce. Got 3 of each. This location used to be great. Now just really sad service.
Rather disappointed with the service and food quality at the Sanford location. I earned enough points on my app to get a free medium fry however after the girl that was taking my order scanned it, it somehow “disappeared” and she couldn’t find it anymore. Which I was then made to pay for it because she couldn’t find the reward. So I got my points taken away and STILL had to pay for my order. After I received my order I pulled out the fries to find a half filled box and soggy fries. The picture doesn’t even do it justice. There wasn’t even half of a box of fries in there and the little that was in there taste quite awful to be totally honest. I don’t know that I’m going to be going back to this location, this is the third bad experience I’ve had at this location in the past few months. Very unhappy with this entire experience.
I don’t know what to really rate this because I usually love this location and they have always been nothing but nice and their food always comes out quick. This time it came out really fast and I was excited because I was in and out within 3 minutes during lunch time yesterday. I ordered grilled nuggets with a side salad like I have religiously ordered at several locations for the past 6 months. I started to eat my food and I bit into what felt like undercooked chicken. Didn’t think anything of it till a few hours later. I started throwing up, getting chills, headache, aching skin. It was horrible. I am 100% positive that this is what caused it because my diet before lunch only includes oatmeal and coffee. Please be sure to check your temps! I’m still in bed feeling like death and unfortunately I still can’t keep anything down. Salmonella poisoning is no joke.
This Chikfila is amazing!!! I called to place a catering order and they did an excellent job.They were on time, had everything I asked for, everything was organized and well put together (their sauces were even organized stacked nicely). I was blown away. Thank you so much for helping us for our event. There is a reason Chikfila is so good and leads in the fast food chains!!! They are the best.
Today was my first time ever eating here and the service was great. They even had someone who was the sweetest ever there doing face paintings on the kids for free! Definitely will be returning to eat here, hopefully they will have the face paintings next time I come, that would be a plus.
Great breakfast stop when in west Sanford. Tidy, nice dining area, very efficient service (especially noticeable when it’s busy). I love the sandwiches, too, but I especially enjoy the flaky, buttery chicken biscuit for breakfast if I can make it in before the cut-off at 10:30 am. :)
