I’ve never been to a restaurant where so many females have such a nasty attitude and don’t want to do they job , I got accused of lying about 1$ shrimp today PATHETIC that every time I wanna eat hear it’s always attitude from one of these girls here especially the older lady! Really need to hire people that want to do they job!

Bad customer service today... went to drive tru would not come to speaker .. had to go in ... no smiles not friendly at all and the wait time felt like it took forever.Not happy with this level of service from the Sanford location.. would not recommend going here at all ...
Best fast food type seafood. Most like homemade of any chain store. Great tartar sauce. Fresh, like you made it in your own kitchen. Friendly staff, proud to serve good food.
I love to eat @ Captain D's . But my family has had 2 disappointing meal disappointments having our meals totally done wrong and I jus ate there recently today by myself and the lady cashier acted as if she didn't wanna be there . U just don't feel the warmth there . I love their food but I don't really recommend them
It had just opened and when we finally got our food it was cold. The fries were few, and I had to ask for salt and pepper only to be told they were out of pepper. I really felt bad for the two girls that were there picking up dash orders. They were still there waiting after we sat down to eat.
My husband and i love to go to this captain d's because the team there is fast pleasant and the food is great. It's a nice break from having to cook. And thanks for keeping your menu affordable in these inflated times.
Food is always hot and fresh when I visit. I tried the cheese cake for the first time with the strawberries and it was scrumptious!
