It was close to closing time and the service was a bit slow. Wings and curds were delicious though. A bit pricey, bad economy?
The food was good once we got the right items. May I suggest you do not call your "boneless wings" by that title when they are just small chunks of breast meat that are dry and hard to eat. Once I got the real bone-in wings, they were nice and juicy.
First of all, your name say quality and the food you turn out speaks volumes? except this time the name has failed to match food we ordered to meet our expectations! The food sat around and was cold when picked up. A call was made to rectify this problem and to possibly get some hot food. I'm sorry was told to the customer and this says you really don't care. A system should be in place when the food is ready and not sit till it is cold. We pay too much for cold food. We will contact and let the world know this location don't care about customers, and have the health Department come make a visit concerning the temperature of your food. Tell your representatives to care more. ????????. Refund needed please we couldn't eat this food scared to eat it. Sanford Florida Rinehart Location we expected better.
The wing price inflation is real, but I was very happy with my 10 piece to go. Tons of sauce which was good. The presentation loses something to go but that’s to be expected. They were cooked very nicely. Wish there were more carrots and celery.
Placed a delivery order through the website for 40 wings. 6 were missing and we asked for 20 to be sauce on the side but they did not come that way. It took SIX calls and 15 minutes to get someone to answer the phone. I tell the Riley on the other end what happened and she says she’ll get a manager.. instead she gets soft spoken Lydia.. another hourly staff member to ask me to explain yet again what was wrong.. Lydia rudely placed me on hold without even saying anything and I’m forced to wait another 8 minutes on hold before the MOD picks up. He does not give his name and is extremely rude, he does not apologize for the messed up order, but instead tries to tell me that the order doesn’t say sauce on the side. I tell him the receipt taped to the bag and sent to email specifically says “ SAUCE ON SIDE” at the top. Displeased with being called out he offers me a refund and says” is that good enough for you?” Well no.. I would’ve liked the food I ordered but seeing as every employee staffed here is beyond incompetent I understand how hard of a task this may have been to offer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMPSTER FIRE.
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a BBW. I come here all the time to watch games and enjoy the food. Unfortunately the hostess is not friendly and has a horrible attitude. We were sat for 15 minutes before even being acknowledged. They weren’t busy what so ever when we walked in, our waitress didn’t introduce herself, and got straight to the point about drinks. The drink I got was Pepsi, it was out and flat. I tried for 10 minutes to flag someone down to grab a new drink. Our food took 30 minutes to come out when the restaurant had 6 tables. The food was amazing so props to chef and the kitchen for having it together!! I watched one waiter kindly ask a teammate for help(the hostess) she looked at him, ignored him, then continued walking. I understand being understaffed but I saw 8 people up front with 6 tables, that was just being lazy.
it took longer to get the drinks than the food i know there short on help but i watched the manager watch tv while we sat there to get our drinks and the waiter was great why cant the boss get up and help the food was ok but got one order wrong the tables need to be replaced i wont go there again
Even though they were clearly short staffed, me and my family got a great service from the waitress and delicious food and drinks!
Our waitress was nice, decent service. Food was not worth the cost. Fries tasted old and burnt. My burger was way over cooked. Girlfriend said the tea tasted like toilet water. This is probably my fault but I guess they don't have children's sodas,so expect adult priced drinks when you get the bill. Dining room had very few families in it, we asked if we could watch the indy car race, when we finally got it on, they put it on the TV behind us. The only reason I'm giving this location 3 stars is our server. I would not recommend this location. Three children and two adults, 69.00. Save your money and go somewhere nicer.
I’ll never go to this location again. The left picture is wing stop. Right is Buffalo Wild Wings. Do yourself a favor and go to the wing experts.
