As a person that has enjoyed Korean food for many years I truly enjoyed my bulgogi (and it came with enough food to feed my sister and I). The lemon pepper wings were also super fresh and amazing! I highly recommend! Thank you!
If you want authentic Korean food without having to venture to downtown Orlando, this is the place to go. It's genuinely one of Sanford's little hidden gems. The food always tastes fresh and the portions are enormous.
The food is bomb. The kimchi, specifically the Cucumber kimchi, the radish kimchi, are all delicious. Whether you get just chicken or the bulgogi, the owner of the restaurant always brings out sides and the Korean yogurt drink (that helps digest the food). The service is amazing. The place has such a homey feel to it. I will always recommend this place
We brought our whole family (11 people) not knowing what to expect It’s a little small inside so we worried there wouldn’t be room but everything was so good and the owners were very accommodating. We had the bulgogi, japchae, seafood pancake, and fish and fries. Everything was made to order and came out hot and fresh! Everyone was very happy with it all and we particularly loved all the kimchi varieties! So good!!! We’ll definitely be coming back!!
This is a 1000% YES. If you like Korean food, then do not doubt or deny yourself at this spot. Solid take-out meal, made by a hard working couple. I wouldn’t have any idea about this spot if my husband hadn’t seen it mentioned on the Orlando Foodie Forum. Our go to is the bulgogi beef, which comes with with 3 different kinds of kimchi, a good portion of rice, and seaweed. I highly recommend it.
My experience over there was just bad, I had japchae but it wasn’t meeting my standards and wanted a refunded, because it stayed if you only eat 10% you can get a refund. I barely even touched my food and she just said no she was really rude. I do not recommend them
One of Sanford's gems. The elderly couple that run the establishment are just awesome. They really do have the best fish and wings. The lemon pepper and garlic Parm are dry rub and so crispy. The wings are also huge! Their Korean fair is also delicious! The woman even came out and showed us how to eat the beef bugogi! She makes her own kimchi and brings the seaweed wraps for the meal and even brings tiny yogurt drinks for after your meal. It's like being at your Grandmother's and having her show you traditions. She and her husband are very special to the locals in Sanford. If you're passing through, tell them a local sent you.
They have the best spicy pork bulgogi ever!! This place is amazing, I go at least once a week. I would recommend this place for anyone who loves original Korean food. Mrs. Kim the owner is awesome she helps me practice my Korean 안녕하세요 Mrs Kim
Great food with just the right amount of spice. Tastes absolutely home made! I had the beef bulgogi and the meat was tender and very well prepared. Even the sticky rice was perfect. Will definitely be returning!
If you ever wanted to jump into a pool of Japchae I'd say this comes close, lolThis small restaurant in Sanford is such a hidden gem that I can't even tag their location on IG ?Run by an older Korean couple and their English is not great so please be patient.. because the food is worth it!Great portion size as you can see from the Japchae. Today it came with small side dishes of Kimchi, Cucumber, and Radish. Also Rice, Seaweed snack, and yogurt drink. Yum!I've also had the wings and they're crispy n delicious. You can't do half one flavor and another, but they'll let you combine flavors (ex: lemon pepper and hot)I'd say this is the best Korean food in Sanford hands down!
