We ordered 3 boxes of Mac and cheese for kids , chicken nuggets for dinner. Max and cheese was very very salty that we could not even taste a bite of it. I called the branch to complain about my experience and the minute they answer and I explain them , I am calling with a complaint on the food picked, they hang the phone and they won't pick the call for next 20 minutes. Shame on them. I called them atleast 20 times in last 2 days, just so that they won't get an impression that not answering/hanging the call would help them keep in business. I will drive to the store and make sure I am refunded for this and I am hoping the store manager can better train his employees on customer service and values !! Will update if there I have to go through any additional drama or if anyone is going to call me back reading this review. Worst customer service and pathetic food is my experience so far !!
Had better here. Ordered 2 sandwiches on drive thru. Handed bag, and one of the beef and cheddar's were on it's side. Normally ok, but they changed the packaging and the cheddar cheese and arby sauce was all over the other container, bag and napkins.
Food is consistent. The employees seem a little grumpy and they have the past few times. I come from the world of customer service. I expect a little more. I enjoy Arby's food.
If I could give a zero star I would. Customer service is gone. Store managers (not naming names but starts with an S and ends in a ANDY allowing their assistant manager same deal L and ending with ORI) to cuss at team members in front of other team members and customers. Store is never cleaned except at night and they refuse to staff enough people to lighten the load off of the only closer they had. Food is not kept properly and is left out most of the time. From April until now they have lost 8 employees because of that one lady. She even sprayed bleach water into a new girl's eyes. First day on the job and she quit because unsafe working conditions. Stay away from there if you want to keep your health. JS
went tonight at 10:30, no one answered drive thru, drove to window saw two employees talking with no headsets on, beeped, no answer so drove off i want my mf cookies -_- if your house are posted that say you close at 12, why can’t i get a answer a hour & a half before you close -_- so freaking annoying
Ordered on line only to find that the lobby is closed at 2 pm in the afternoon , had to wait in a long line in the drive through, got the order back to where I found open it and I was missing items in the order, tried calling the store no answer, the quality is sinking fast. I will have to look for a new Restaurant. If your primary business is lunch explain to me why you wouldn’t have the lobby open for the two or three hour window that lunches because I just won’t go back if I can’t sit in the lobby
We have eaten at our Sanford Arby's with the coupons offered twice. The price and selections are great. The Customer Service is superb! The food is fresh and hot. Fast food or not; I give this Arby's a 10 star in every way.!
Very disappointed with this location. Google says they are opened till 12 came at 11:32 and waited for about 3 minutes no response, went around and could see employees inside. One standing and the other in with her back to the window and also wore a black polo which obviously means manager. If there was issues the manager should responded sorry we are closed due to whatever instead of ignoring. Rather continue to go to the one in lake Mary.
Liked their fish fillet sandwich. Was more filling than the other competitors. Plus they had a few different options. The curly fries are also very good. Service was fast even though we had a big order
Went through the drive through. Young man on intercom was charming and witty. Enunciated and was clear to understand. Cracked a joke regarding a sandwich which was no longer being offered when he thought i was upset about the issue. Food order was fast and accurate. I had the Publix experience at a drive thru and loved it. Experience would have gotten 5 stars if restaurant still offered potato cakes.
