Soda machine was spraying everywhere, the food was stale (fries and the pickle chips), and then there was Joe the roach. Just crawling around. When we told the staff they were like "Oh wow." And that was it. We left.
Was doing lawns with a buddy and headed into wendys for some beverages, before i even entered the store a stranger said good luck getting anything, i asked what you mean? He said they're moving slow as hell man, i laughed and walked in and Waited in line for 5 minutes, employee said ill be with you shortly 15 minutes later nothing, needless to say i walked out. this was around 6:30 pm on 7/12/22 and there was already two people waiting on their orders the entire time i was there.
i have no issues with the establishment itself, just with a worker. i think his name was hunter? short guy with a beard. he was extremely rude when i came in on saturday and for no reason at all. the other employees were lovely and offered me support when i asked questions, but he just seemed bothered that i was asking any questions in the first place. rolling his eyes, scoffing, using a rude tone of voice. it was very unprofessional.
the food is good, it’s just fast food. but i was leaving on saturday and one of the guys there catcalled me on the way to my car. i believe his coworker called him hunter. disgusting behavior and it made me uncomfortable. i won’t be going back.
Wendy’s is always my first choice if I’m deciding to get fast food. They really have the best fries. This location is absolutely terrible and feel cursed that the closest Wendy’s to my house is this one. They might as well just throw their credit card machines away because without fail, every single time i come here they are down. I should know better to just keep cash on me if i want to visit here. Such a shame.
I would like to preface that I have never personally had any issues with food or customer service from this location!My issue is that online and on maps, it shows that this location closes at 2am. It is a Thursday night at 11:30 and we were told in the drive-thru that they’re closed.The only reason for the rating is that the hours online should reflect the actual hours as to get people hopes up.
Food was prepared to perfection which was surprising because normally when I order my fries well-done they are usually not well done but this wind he's got it exactly right! Good job! Not to mention with the mailer coupons the both of us, my boyfriend and I, ate for $12!!! And that was for 2 dinner combos with upgraded drinks and Baconator fries.
I have been meaning to write a review of my experience because the level of service was so outstanding! Visited this location in Feb. of 2022. Drive thru service was outstanding, fast and the individual working drive thru was super energetic, funny and genuinely wanted to make sure the customer was happy. What?!? Thank you for great service - food wasn’t bad either.
Ive tried this drive through multiple times usually around 10:30/11pm because that's when I'm off work and it never seems to be operating correctly or the employees are just standing out side. I end up just giving my money to the Culver's next door. So disappointing after a long night at work.
My boyfriend and I got the baconator w fries and woke up to dizziness and nausea. I think we have food poisoning due to this being the only meal we shared.
