Ordered two sandwiches from the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to. I only checked one since they are picky about their food. It was entirely wrong, I went to get it fixed and the blonde haired girl was even more awful. Then she clearly told the very nice lady cooking the wrong sandwich as it was wrong AGAIN. I get home to see that the one sandwich was wrong twice, and mine wasn’t even the right type of meat. They may not be expensive, but there is no reason to waste your money here. Especially not if they employee people like the rude blonde girl. Never in my life, after six years of restaurant service have I heard someone talk to every customer like that. If only they would answer the phone someone could get a refund.
I dont write a lot of reviews for fast food. I worked fast food for 2 years as a teen, so I get things happen and I'm pretty understanding. But if I did what happened today, I would have been fired.Couldn't hear the guy taking orders, but the manager would scream through the speaker. Pretty jarring. Asked for a Dave's double and a free jr frosty as I have the card for 2022. Was never provided a receipt, but I trusted they had it correct. I get to the second window and I'm handed two frosties, one small and one jr, overflowing so badly that it was dripping down the side and the lids not put on properly. I ask why I'm receiving two and she shrugged her shoulders. I asked if the guy at the first window charged me for both. She said "yeah, sorry." And she was the manager. Didnt try to correct it whatsoever. She was acting like she was fairly busy, but she seemed more scrambled than anything. She kept telling her cashiers to stop taking orders until she could catch up. And she was just packing the orders. There were maybe 3 orders inside and 4 in the drive thru behind me. Then of course with the frostys, my car became a sticky mess. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the burger was at least right.I understand that there is a problem with fast food retaining workers (which could be remedied by paying people better, but that's another story.) However, when mistakes are made, you should be willing to rectify it. Wasnt expecting anything free for the trouble or anything. Just wanted my correct order.I'll be going to the Wendy's closer to the gandy. Rarely have a problem there, and when I do, they fix it properly. Wouldnt recomend this place until the manager gets a grip or gets competent people to help her.
I have never, EVER experienced such a rude person as the woman that took our order and handed us our food. What a scowl on her face. She looked at us like just our presence was ruining her day. Would loved to have told you about this on a survey but we didn’t even get the courtesy of getting a receipt. Plenty of other fast food options on this road. Well choose somewhere else from now on.
Had salad drive through. Later on get yucky burps. I don't have indigestion problems though. Had grilled chicken in salad. Wish you could work on that
Great experience!! Food fresh, fountain drinks ok & the new strawberry frosty was awesome ? but I hope their able to have all three flavors because the vanilla needs to play a part in the menu.
This location consistently proves to have the best fries. Always fresh and perfectly salted. Finishing a large as a type this. Had a good mind to go and get another one. Only God can judge me.
Food is usually good but the management has let this location be overrun with homeless drunks panhandling and putting dirty garbage all over the outside dining area. Don't bring your children to eat outside. It's filthy and disgusting.
One star because there is no zero star option. The most ghetto Wendy's north of central. Y'all need to shut this place down. The crew doesn't know they are at work, they think it's a paid social gathering, I've seen dancing, arguing over baby mama drama, disgusting conditions and everything that didn't resemble working. After the rude chick at the window today, gave us no straws, ignored us while we knocked on the closed window, finally she opens the window and tries to give us the order from the people behind us. We asked for straws, "You want straws?", was her reply. "Yes, we need straws." She gives us one straw. "We ordered two frostys." We got another straw. How braindead can you be?! And after that, they got the order wrong, we will never go back to this Wendy's. and a paper straw with a frosty, come on man!And to these ridiculously fake good-reviews, all I can do is laugh.
They didn’t include my biscuit and gave me the wrong sandwich. Tried calling twice and no one would pick up. Wendy’s main number does not work either. Do yourself a favor and try another fast food place.
The Asiago Ranch Chicken sandwich is very good but asked for extra ranch and they just gave packets of ranch instead of putting on sandwich. Also ordered Dave's Single with ketchup, mustard, pickle and onion and it came without onion and hardly any ketchup. How hard is it to read an order properly.
