Honestly would not recommend this particular location. It took approximately 15-20 minutes to get my order, after which they forgot to give me about a third of it. The drinks were wrong, and had stickers placed over the lid where the straw would go. I understand this may be a policy, but it does not come off cleanly when trying to put the straw in.
You had BETTER go in person to order, and check your food. But if you UBER, you will have one or more things missing EVERY TIME. And I mean every time! My kids love this place, and over 40 orders and I have proof, we constantly have to ask for refunds because items(s) missing. I WISH I could speak to an owner or Corporate! I would love to lay out my history for the last 3 yrs. I’d personally retrain this staff. If you miss 10 out of 40 I can accept, as a mistake. But at the rate your going it’s a habit that has been taught, and allowed! Your in the wrong business if your that forgetful.
This Wendy's is trash I asked for a large fry I pulled this out of the bag. Just shut it down already I'm so sick of it. I can never get consistent service.
Made an order online and everything was made to my order. Drive thru rep was nice and courteous. Food came out quickly and hot. I asked for a small cup of ice and was provided one with no issues. I got all the sauces I requested with my order. My order was executed well and the customer service was awesome!
Came to pick up a theird party delivery order at just after 10. Their hours state the dining room is open until 9 and window remains open until 2. The entire building was empty, lights were off, and no one responded to the phone. If there was an emergency, I understand, but stop taking deliveries and post it somewhere on your sign/building.On my way out of the parking lot I received no less than 2 more orders for the same store.
Came to this location at 11:56pm on 3/19 and all the lights were on including the ordering menu screen, I was waiting 5 minutes and no one ever came to take my order. Window sign shows their open until 2am. Won't be coming back to this location again after work again. Watch out, don't waste time, money or gas coming here.
It took over 25 minutes just to put in my order at the drive through- they were out of SO MANY THINGS!!! And the food was cold.I didn’t leave a bad review the first two times it happened at this location.Tonight was #3 and by far the worst. I guess I won’t be going to Wendy’s in Pinellas anymore.Edit: Not the fault of anyone in particular, I’d assume either no one wants to work here or the management is terrible. Literally only 2 people working the whole store. I feel bad for the poor folks that got stuck with this shift.In the future- just close. We could have went to any number of other places, instead, you just inconvenienced ALL your customers and made the few employees you have left very miserable.
I went to the drive through to get a cup hot coffee and a bottle water. The drive through attended gave me my water and the told me to pull up that they will bring me my coffee. I waited for almost 15 min. I saw 10 cars through the drive through all getting their orders. I finally went inside. Two very nice brothers in line let me talk to the cashier. I explained that I have been waiting for a cup of coffee for 15 min. He then asked the lady manager. She gave him a stern look and said in a snippy voice I will get it in a minute. The cashier then flinched. I was shocked at what I saw. The cashier politely got my coffee right away. I felt so sorry for the cashier.
At night in this location if they don't have what they say you can order they give you what you want. They don't even tell you they are substituting. You order a single with bacon they give you a cold triple (no bacon). You order a spicy chicken they give you regular without even explaining that they are doing it. You order spicy nuggets and they don't have it, they throwing in the bag regular nuggets without consideration of breaking the trust between the business and it's customers. This was 1am. They close at 2am, I get it. But don't tell people they can only order certain things then when they follow your instructions you give them whatever you want to anyway.
Staff was very friendly and the line moved very quickly. However, the sausage on my breakfast sandwich was burnt black. Although my potato wedges were fresh and hot, the container was only half-full.For $6 I expected better
