I waited in line for 30 minutes. They were doing one car at the time. I understand short staff but this is crazy the young lady who took my order was amazing but 30 minutes to wait for food is crazy. Management really needs to get on their team because even the young lady that took my order stated that they just had slow people on the line. Wendy's do better
I ordered on the app for carry out but the store was locked and had to use the drive thru. I was asked to wait at the box for almost 20 minutes. When I finally got to the window they tried to only give me half my order. Part of my order was missing. Asked them to refund the stuff they didn't have and they told me to do it on the app. I tried to ask for a cup of ice and they closed window mid sentence. Food was cold and they forgot the dipping sauces. Will not be going back to this location ever again.
I have lived and worked on Park Street North for over 15 years and frequented Wendy's.In the last 2 months I have not only gotten very rude service but also subpar meals or wrong orders.I am not sure if the management has changed or the attit ude but I will not go there again.
So they just randomly lock their doors at 1pm on a Saturday? Then one of your workers juggles the door as we're trying to enter, you know to buy stuff, just to make sure it's locked.The staff is useless. Food is gross. Save your money & starve.
Walked into lobby. Restaurant had 10+ people eating inside. Then told lobby was closed — then why are all these people in here and more in line? 1:30pm on a Saturday.Discrimination? Appears so.
Went there tonight during business hours. Pulled up all the lights were out. When I said hello, some chick yelled “I told you to hold on!” Right away a man’s voice came in and said “I’m sorry, we are short staffed.” I said, “0k, but what about your lights?” He said they are broken. I just left. I guess people don’t realize I don’t have to spend my money there. And I won’t, ever again.
Terribly long wait in the drive thru. Waited so long my little kid had to pee so we parked to go inside and it was locked at 5:30pm. Are we seriously still closing the dining room because of COVID? Ridiculous. There's pee in your parking lot now you jerks.
Bad fries, burger was good. She couldn't make change had to use my credit card. Lots of ice in drink was watered down
Now-- The original gourmet burger. Like a Chevy and Porsche. Gotta do the double (freshly grilled) , frenchfries right out of the cooker and a nice frosty. NOTHING ELSE MATTERS
Stopped here for a quick afternoon snack, but they have one of the touch screen soda vending machines. This machine seemed to be dirty and of course ran out of pink lemonade during my use.
