Never in my life have I had an employee vocalize how she was going to “fight me” because she got my order wrong after me repeating it twice in the drive through. I I pulled around to the window that was left open by 3 people, mocking me and my order.I’m 8.5mo pregnant, to be mocked and verbally threatened by a customer service employee especially in front of my family, is disrespectful. I’ve been to this location before at night hours and never had a problem but vocalizing assault and battery on a pregnant woman because YOU got the order wrong, will never be ok.The child in the window/register was Bianca, hopefully not one else deals with or has dealt with this from her.
Im a Wendys fan but this is literally the worst fast food location on the planet. The only things its good for is if you love sitting in your car, have time to blow, or need an excuse to be late to something and feel bad lying about it. Im done giving them chances. Its a real shame since its in a convenient location and I love their juicy burgers, but my heart can’t take any more.
Drive thru will be a 30 minute experience. Once you get to the speaker you will be told to take a look at the menu which you will waiting to order for 5-10 minutes. When you get to the window, you will notice the workers joking around. They seem to close the inside around 6p.m or so. They also close the entire restaurant whenever they want so good luck!!
Jesus, this Wendy’s is slower than a sloth. All the fast food restaurants on this road are slow. McDonald’s slow. Burger King slow. Do y’all need help?? Cause what is the problem?!!!??????? It’s called FAST FOOD for a reason.
i wont deny the wait is usually long here but thats because its been the same 5 or so employees holding down the entire store for months now. im here pretty often since i work close and its always the same faces. ive seen some real nasty customers come thru here, but everyone working is usually very friendly despite working so hard. i’d like corporate to see this and get this store and it’s employees some help. :(
Just went through the drive-thru. Friendly service and completely correct order! Thank you for making our last minute fast food decision a good one.
Literally the longest drive-thru waits you can imagine. I sat and watched one night as the line wrapped around the building while inside the employees stocked and seemingly joked around with no concern for the customers waiting. I'd much rather drive further away for a better experience than to wait on a line for a business that doesn't care.
If I could give Zero stars I would. I started waiting in line (of 10 cars) at 9:16 I get up to the window (after waiting with a hungry 4 year old i just picked up) at 9:50!!!! Only for them to say they are closed and took the last order. The manager told me at the end of the night they are doing cook to order and they stop taking orders so they can clean up and get ready to go. I’m sorry but the line behind me was to the street too. Right now in this world idk who would turn away all that business but I’ll choose elsewhere. Chick fil a does 10 orders in 5 minutes. Get it togetherI really do feel bad they are understaffed or all of them are in training but with the line of people they miss on on serving consistently (esp according to their reviews) they could afford to pay their people better)
I always have issues when visiting this particular location, especially for breakfast. They either don’t have decaf, oatmeal bars or other breakfast items. Not consistency at all. Called customer service to voice my concerns, which were routed to GM on 12/31/21. Haven’t received callback to date. Visited today and was again disappointed. They didn’t have decaf or oatmeal bars. I was also charged for Frosticino (sp?), which was supposed to be free with any breakfast sandwich purchase. When I asked for refund, associate didn’t apologize and had a very nonchalant attitude. They did have regular coffee, which I don’t drink. However, only large cups. Store really needs to look into ordering proper inventory during breakfast hours. Very disappointed on not receiving callback from GM. Perhaps this speaks loudly for subpar service, along with always being out of something.
Terrible experience. Attempted to order with the app, however the app said this restaurant isn’t accepting mobile orders at this time. Then I drive to the Wendy’s and there’s a 10 car line in the drive through out to the street. I attempted to park and go inside to order and their doors are locked. It’s 2022, there no excuse anymore for the lack of service in the service industry. I was able to easily go next door to Burger King and drive right up and order. Wendy’s is a big failure nowadays.
