This place has gotten bad..It's as if they're short of help and hire anyone,granted the economy is bad.The workers are kids that are seemingly nice but not upkept in appearance when making anything..Then, the smoothies are not blended well at all! Either the smoothies are too watery or lumpy but not blended like it use to be when I frequent there before..For now on I'll find another location or make my own! Don't get me wrong, food and smoothie was great......but man, they need to get more staff. It was lunch time on Saturday, and I felt guilty for being there. There were only 2 people working and the lunch rush was overwhelming for them.
If you order something here not all of it is going to show up. The worst part is you can never guess what it will be. Just really unreliable and annoying.
I’ve lived in Saint pete for many years and grew up going to this location. The last 3-4 years the management gone down hill and it shows in every order. I currently just went there on my lunch break the cashier is asking where’s my order the manager needs to see my receipt to know the order exist and I guess they gave it to the wrong person. This is not the first instances. There is not another location within a ten mile radius and it’s a shame this one has gone so far down hill as it has. The food comes out decent not always right but the customer service will have you annoyed before your food even comes out.
i usually never complain about poor food service but this was just pure laziness and disgusting food. I’ve been going to this location for a while for the smoothies, tonight I ordered a Caesar salad & 1 snickerdoodle cookie. Instead, I was given a wrap, and FOUR cookies that were completely frozen together & inedible. would never recommend this place again
Javier deserves a raise for dealing with extremely impatient rude customers. He’s doing amazing and handling the ignorant customers well. I understand y’all are short staffed and I think you are doing amazing for what you have. Keep up the great work! Javier is amazing!!
I stopped today and the person that helped me was Patsy, she was very friendly and professional, my food was amazingly delicious, I had the Chicken Caprese and a Blimey Limey smoothie, I would definetely stop there again, and have Patsy take my order.

Outstanding service, awesome smoothies and a Turkey bacon ranch to die for,...Also shoutout to Danielle is a highly skilled, intelligent, strong woman who runs things like she runs her whole life wise with integrity, compassion and a drive like a true BOSS!!!!
