Very good experience, very friendly staff, exceptionally good flavors and food. Our waitress Brandy was top notch and spot on, excellent service, the bread&butter was delicious, the drinks stayed full with our very punctual waitress, the ribs were off the bone and melted in your mouth, the Bacon cheese burger was delicious, the Fried sirloin steak was juicy and great. The portions were huge, strawberry cheesecake was close your eyes and see fireworks good. If there was a 6 star rating this place would deserve it.
We had a very great experience at Texas Roadhouse in Bay Pines. The food and service were superb. Tom was very attentive and very professional. Ask for Tom.Here's another reason I am writing this post, and this speaks to great management. My son ordered the loaded sweet potato, and the runner said when bringing our food to the table, that the sweet potato would be a few minutes late because the it looked burnt, and the restaurant didn't want to bring out a bad sweet potato. The little things matter. Yes, it is a chain, but stellar service needs to be commended.Another thing happened. I didn't realize a coupon that I had was expired. The restaurant has one of those pay at the table devices, and we tried to use the coupon. After a few tries, Tom took my phone to the manager to figure the issue out. The coupon was expired. Management honored it. All of that mattered so much! Management and Tom made my night.Really appreciate the experience, and we will definitely be back again and again.

It was a terrible experience we waited for almost an hour and were never seated even when we had a reservation we made 2 hours in advance. Many people went in and were seated the hostess was extremely rude and didn’t even make eye contact with us as we talked to her. We were racially profiled as many WHITE PEOPLE went ahead with more people than we had. This place was fantastic!!! Not only was the steak delicious, very reasonably priced and served fast, but the staff are amazingly friendly!! Our server, Greg-William was above average in looking after us!! He was friendly, fun, engaging with us and seemed to be having fun as well. He made us feel so comfortable at the TRHouse. When we were leaving, EVERY staff member said goodbye or thanked us for coming or said to have a good evening!!! Amazing!!
I enjoyed a nice dining experience here getting a drink and the hot rolls with cinnamon butter. Service at the bar was great with Damen. Get here early as they do get crowded later! I ordered a pork chop, mashed potatoes loaded and green beans. I am finicky but like almost everything on the menu. I will be back
Best steakhouse ever.. We went for happy hour. Got 6 oz steak 2 sides and add on ribs. Can you say stuffed... Not to mention the rolls and honey butter.
Review from my 10 year old kid:The food was great. Service was fantastic. They dance. The mashed potatoes were incredible. I tried my Dad’s steak for my first time and it was really good. I would recommend you to try. I love it.
Today I received the best service at a Texas Roadhouse ever... thank you Ally! Food is always good and fairly priced, and the drinks are always good. Texas Roadhouse doesn't ever disappoint.
