If you ask a question about the menu in the drive through because you can’t see the tiny print that’s positioned farther from the vehicle than any other fast food menu in existence, they YELL AT YOU! And they talk too fast on purpose so you can’t understand. Got a question about all the variety of drinks they have on the menu? They yell, “WE HAVE PEPSI PRODUCTS!” They do all this yelling in a very spiteful tone of voice. Terrible customer service is a choice. Clearly these people must be doing this on purpose because they must hate their jobs and probably don’t get paid much. Then the guy in the window handed me my drink, which tasted like a mix of every Pepsi product in existence, and he was paying so little attention that he dropped my debit card and receipt on the ground. They need not worry about me coming back. NEVER AGAIN!!!
5 years ago this was 5 stars. Had to change as of recent service has been enough for me to not return. The phone is ALWAYS busy and they can't get an order right to save a life. What a racket taco bell has. Upcharge for supreme then receive regular EVERY.TIME. or an almost $5 taco for it to have less than a spoon worth of meat?! to me, that's theft. Fix it.

Ordered 6 items and only got 3 of them. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Next visit will be asking to speak with the MOD. This is completely unacceptable during these already hard times economically
Wait to have order taken on my lunch break she rings an employee up as she tells me just a moment then walked over to a dining table and sat with another employee to talk. I walked out I don’t have time for the ignorance, the entire establishment is dirty. Probably best I don’t spend my hard earned money on the garbage they have to offer
Came here for a Mexican pizza that I always liked back in the day. The drive through personal asked me if I would like it crisp or regular. Preferred crisp but got a blob of mess in a square box. 2 stars for the original style tacos. The sweet tea will send you into sugar convulsions. Threw it away. Wish I would have taken photos of the so called crisp pizza.
Food was ok. Tacos was hot. My pintos and cheese was not good. The beans wasn’t stirred before putting it in the cup. They was old. Disappointed in it.
It had been awhile since I've been to taco bell. The service was great, the people where wonderful. The price is what got me. Way to much for the product. I can get good Mexican food for half the price.
They are always helpful with my order and get it perfect. They are the nicest crew in there. Everyone is all happy and cheerful. Definitely a pleasant experience. I always go to this Taco Bell.
