If I could give this place a minus I would. I stood at the counter and had to wave to try and get the attention of one of the three people that were too busy talking to each other to be bothered helping customers. Horrible to say the least. I hope the owner reads the comments about his restaurant.
The employee making my food did not change his gloves after using the register. I asked for my food to be remade, which they did. When I went to eat the food they remade it was just not good at all. I will not revisit this taco bell in the future.
I just door dashed from this place and I swear the employees have to be the most immature irresponsible no work ethic in their body kids. Every item was disgustingly smashed together like they were blind. It was insane how terrible everything looked. On top of that forgot the dirnk sauce or anything. This is place trash and ran by a trash manager.
I stop I stopped by on the Fourth of July. Two of my items were missing one of my items had half a onion ring in it and when I called to inform them they picked up and put me on hold. I've been to this place multiple times and I have been treated terribly I would love to come here if their employees were better. Paying 50 bucks for meal for six people and not getting two things I ordered and getting one of them with an onion ring inside of the burrito is terrible. Some of the people were rude and messed up the entire order things that weren't supposed to be grilled or grilled and things that were supposed to be grilled were not grilled and not right. If you absolutely have to eat here then you could. But I suggest eating somewhere else.
Order paid for at drive thru, had 13 items. We got our 4 drinks and about 30 seconds later recieved a bag. I looked inside, it was a Crunchwrap and hot sauces. Neither of which were part of my order. When employee returned to window, I advised this was not my order.. It confused him and a few other workers. I gave him my receipt. The manager came to window about a min later. Apologized and advised my order have been given away in error. She asked me to park and she would remake and refund a portion of my order. I understand, things happen, was okay with situation. But then sat in car waiting for 15 mins. Finally went inside to inquire. Was told they were fixing it now. 35 mins after placing my order at speaker, I finally walk out with the food portion of my order, however our drinks were now watered down. Manager didn't address me again, so no refund of any type. Got home less than 5 mins later. EVERYTHING was soggy, cold, and not tasty! Had been so excited about my mexican pizza. It was a soggy mess and cold...every taco fell apart. Food was thrown away. My household was upset and highly disappointed, as Taco Bell was our every other Saturday go to meal! Just a horrible experience and total waste of time and money ($31). Also killed my many years of love for Taco Bell. I will never return to another Taco Bell.
I stopped by here about 11pm on Sunday 4/03/22, and had a fantastic experience going through the drive-thru. I believe the lady who took my order was a manager, she had on the short-sleeved plaid button-down, and had a lasting impression on me for her superb customer service and how her crew working around her seemed also to be working great around her. Loved the visit, it's like 1 in a million to have even average customer service in a fast food drive-thru late at night on a Sunday in the middle of St Pete, so I felt I had to share my experience and write a review because it was THAT good. Thank you probable-manager!
Visiting from another state, stopped here to get a bite to eat before visiting the beach. Walking in the door, I knew we were in a not so good area. There were three girls "working" at the counter just ahhh gurl this and ahhh gurl that talking incessantly while two gentlemen in the back were making orders. After standing there for 3 mins one of the girls they were talking to outside the counter even said "yall gonna take their orders" to the staff. Then one of the taco bell girls told us "yall have to order from the kiosk" and went straight back to bumpin their gums. We ordered several combo meals for our group and they girls were so lazy they wouldn't even give us our cups, the guys making our order in the back had to give them to us with our order. Even one of the locals had to get rude with them to get a water cup and then she explained to me why my straw was made of paper.....weird touch but I'm sure much better than a plastic straw specially around beaches.TLDR: Girls lazy, boys win! Terrible service so two stars for the bois...yeauh! Minus three for rudeness and lazy staff at the counter.
I purchased some special items with extra sauces and was upset to say the least that Taco Bell can't even mark them on the wrappers. Our sodas were watered down, chicken quesadilla had very little chicken on it. Will not be returning to this store
This Taco Bell has no standards! They ALWAYS forget your food, they just throw it In the bag sloppy, they take no pride in what they do at all and it shows! The cashiers always have an attitude and it's the worst taco bell in St.petersburg!
I ordered online on the app, walked in to get it and waited for 15 minutes while I'm waiting no one called my name with my order so I called an employee to the counter to assist me and she was so rude. I waited again about another 10 minutes for a total of 25 mins that's unacceptable, finally it was ready, I was late to work and will not eat here ever again so please beware of these incompetent employees who obviously can't get an order done on a timely manner, don't waste your time here!
