First time visit and so glad I dropped in for lunch. The outside view looks like a local tavern but in reality once you enter it is large and spacious. Nothing fancy. Plainly decorated but probably seats 200 patrons. Menu varied and prices reasonable. Initially I thought the food was overpriced but then I got my order. I ordered the shrimp basket with onion strings rather than French fries and with an included side of coleslaw. The breaded fried shrimp were jumbo type and to my amazement 9 of them. Delicious...not overcooked, tender - succulent! The onion strings were unusually tasty and enough to feed an army. Not your typical five rings that are generally thick and raw. I paid 8 bucks and we'll worth. Don't be deceived by outward appearance of the restaurant....it is well worth the visit. I will go again on a Friday or Saturday evening when they have live music full bar and drinks potent!
WOW! Do not judge a book by its cover!!! This place is amazing. Kim was our server, Who served my dog homemade dog treats (all organic with fruits and veggies — made by her). She also gave him some bacon…The wings (old bay seasoning) were AMAZING — super crispy and fresh. We got the burger specials on a Monday, which were also outstanding. We got them with tater tots, which were crunchy and delicious! Highly recommend this place!
Great local dive. Wings are great and drinks are cheap. Bartenders are on top of things, but don't expect much else.
This little hole in the wall place isn't much to look at but I'm glad! It keeps the tourists out! Lots of regulars & locals eat & drink here and we don't need any of those out of town riff-raff harshing our mellow! LOLThe servers are the best! The food is good & quickly served especially if you're working nearby & don't have a lot of time. Unfortunately, they make it so you end up WANTING to stay longer than you should! Then you go back to work with a little buzz on which makes the day better!Special thanks & appreciation to Jackie! She's such a special person! She makes you feel like family!
Outstanding! Good atmosphere, friends and staff. Perfect chicken wings. Nice pool tables. Very laid back patrons. Highly recommend.
I don't know how I feel about it...The foods pretty good.They are a St Pete place.But it has that thrown together shack appeal. Seems like it would work better in Key West or something. I think I may have grown too old and judgemental on simple appearance to ever give it more then an average rating.
On my hot wing review I scored it a 8.1which is pretty high Because I'm used to a smaller wing but the sauce and the homemade blue cheese made it happen for me. Great ambience great people. If you want a little hole in the wall place that is big with great food and beers come here. Oh and by the way Christina hottie grilf. Lol jk
Wanted a grouper sandwich. They don't serve grouper anymore they serve mahi. So I ordered what I thought was going to be a taco salad oh no what I was served was a bowl of lettuce with some tomatoes some cheese and very little taco meat and oil dripping tortilla chips. Won't be back!!!
colorful staff that will make you laugh. good basic barfood menu. try the mullet spread. one of the best fish spreads I've had.
My go to dive bar. Bar tenders are great, and the bar in the front is a group of usual suspects. Food is also the bomb. Highly recommend.
