I am very unhappy about today's visit. I go to this Starbucks daily if not two times a day. I arrived at the drive through at 858 pm and granted they close at 9pm but I just wanted to get a cakepop for my son nothing that needed to be prepared. After saying hello 4 times the girl came on saying we are closed. I stated that it's not 9 yet and I only wanted a cakepop..her response was and i quote "but it is". I want the manager of this location to play the video and it clearly has a time stamp. This lazy employee closed early and had some nerve to be a smart alec to tell me it's 9 when it wasn't. This is unacceptable. If they won't serve people until 858pm or whenever they choose they should not advertise 9pm. I have no problem spending less money for better coffee elsewhere.
This is the worst Starbucks. They are consistently understaffed, have extremely rude staff members, and they have messed up my order more times than I can count. Go to any other Starbucks!
This location has potential but falls short EVERY time. There is always something wrong (or missing). The employees show no interest in doing their job and definitely don’t care about the quality of the product or service they provide. They have argued with me multiple times about my missing items and make me jump through hoops to make it right. This place is the dumps!!! Do yourself a favor and go to a different Starbucks.
I love Starbucks this location is very nice and clean !! But i got my drink different every single time! ??♀️sometimes is so good…. Sometimes it doesn’t taste like anything!!Depends of the person ! And i really hate that !! But i visit this location very often and I know who is the best barista!☺️and make the most delicious drinks.Probably i need the Schedule because is not at the store all the time ?.But this happens all the time in all starbucks. They try to work fast and the result is a tasteless drink.
Everybody was friendly but the food was disgusting and so was the drink. I took a picture of it because I already paid for it. I went there for a smoothie like thing and got some berry stuff that's chunks of Barry. Wasn't all the way blended and it was disgusting. It's the first time I ever went to Starbucks and it will be my last going to any Starbucks anywhere
Only because they gave me cold coffee, that I asked remade after I waited the half hour in line, and they gave it right back to me. I understand being short staffed so turn off the mobile app order capabilities to customers. So we know that location should be avoided if possible?
I don’t usually write any kind of reviews. But I must say that on this day I was visiting my doctors office which was in Tyrone area so my husband and I decided to stop by and have breakfast at Starbucks anyhow as we were waiting for our coffee and sandwich I decided to walk outside to get a table for us I noticed that the tables were dirty so I came back inside and I asked one of the associates can she give me a wet towel so I can wipe the table down she said in few mins and she continued making her coffee for other customers we waited and the another associate came up with our coffee and I ask as well for something To wipe the table down she said ok still waiting for sandwiches and then we ask the next associate who brought our sandwich to us for something to wipe the table she said ok and left. Now we have our breakfast and waiting for someone to get back to us with something to wipe down their table so I can have my breakfast out. (Wow I off to do there jobs for them but no one cared) so I said to my husband let’s set at this window and have our breakfast in a meantime that we were setting the two associated started to talk about me that I asked for a towel for wiping outside so I overheard the conversation because I’m looking directly at them and I’m just maybe a few feet away from them anyhow they were talking and I turn and I said I asked three people for a towel to wipe the table one of the associates says to me well we are making coffee for other customers then the other one said to me that she that their short of staff and the first one who spoke back to me said well I told you I was going to give it to you and she raised her voice at me and I turn and said I don’t appreciate the way you’re speaking to me she turned around and said to me with her voice loud stating that she needs to speak louder so I can hear well I heard her when she was talking to her associate about me and she wasn’t shouting so why was she shouting if this is what you called Customer service from Starbucks need to look for better people I’m very disappointed because I am a customer of Starbucks on 34th and 22nd Ave. I’m there every single day to buy my coffee and my bagel and they have great customer service.
Literally the worst Starbucks I’ve been to, I ask a question they wanna respond slick like I’m supposed to know already when I’m not the one who makes coffee they do I’m tryna get some help instead worker is to busy talking her friends that came to see her talking about what they’re doing next Friday and they make coffee horribly
Never been to this location. Drinks are better than most Starbucks. Employees are seriously sweet to their customers even down to the Littles just wanting a cake pop. I will absolutly go out of my way to visit this location.
I get a Starbucks coffee nearly every morning on my way to work. Today I ordered a cake pop and I wanted to throw the bag away so I asked the employee to toss it and I was told that they cannot bring anything in from outside of the window because of covid. What a joke!!!! I know the worker was just following rules but maybe this location should put a garbage can as you are pulling out so people can throw their trash away. The policy is honestly stupid because there was no problem taking my outside the window cash to pay for my purchase lol. So I suppose literring is what you prefer in your lot.
