Yes I love Starbucks black they ran out a lot of things that day I visit but they have real good customer service
I had bought a Venti Mocha latte the previous week so that I could get a free drink of my choice this weekend.I was in Treasure Island Beach, and the Starbucks in Tyrone Square mall was closed. I found this one in a Target.Showed the barista my offer, and neither of us could get it to work. I had ordered the same as the week before. In the end the guy made it for me, put it in a Venti cup (large). I thanked him and took it back to my timeshare. Opened it up, and it was half full. So I really got a tall (small).I gave it 4* as he could have refused.
I sat there for 10 minutes while the employee ignored me, after 5 minutes he finally acknowledged me and said “i’ll be right with you” and then started to clean *every* dish and never took my order.
Great and fast service
Lol. Went there Saturday at 845pm . Just for coffee. Closed. Wasted trip. Website stated 900pm close.
