Our stop at Stacie's Cottage Cafe decived us. At first it came as a pleasant surprise because the mentu seemed great and the restaurant was clean. However, before we left we were overcharged for our order and accosted by the owner who claimed that her high strung and insulting conduct was because she was a New Yorker. Well...I too am a New Yorker and the only way to survive in New York is to be kind to your customers. We were charged .55 cents more each for a large cafe latte than was indicated on the menu and we were charged extra because the chef put banana peppers instead of porchini on our Greek salads because the order taker said they did not have the porchini as advertised. No problem, except for the $4.00 extra on our bill. We were on a mission to try places in St. Pete where we had not gone before and inasmuch as the menu might be attractive, I don't need the threat to call 'security' I received when I kindly quesationed the inflated price on my bill. Thumbs down on Stacie's Cottage Cafe for this reason. It makes New Yorkers look bad!

We found this place and now I come here with my daughter and granddaughter regularly. Stacie and Amy are fantastic! There customer service is the best. It’s like Cheers were everybody knows your name. And on top of the fabulous service, the place is immaculate and the food is spectacular. If you are looking for the best breakfast and lunch place is St Petersburg, Stacie’s is the place.
Wonderful! Had a philly cheese steak and would definitely drive 3 hours from my home to come back! Frozen espressos are really really good.

Very nice breakfast this morning. Spotless inside cafe and very friendly ladies. Excellent Mediterranean omelet, fresh blueberry bagel. Perfect spot for breakfast or lunch.
In town the for the weekend and this spot came up, was very far from disappointed! Breakfast was great, I had the breakfast quesadilla. Employees were very hospitable and helped me find things to do in St. Pete while I’m here. 5/5 experience
