Tammy did an awesome job. Hadn’t visited this location before but she was incredibly friendly when I walked in the door. I’m newer to Smoothie King in general and she did a great job of asking about what I normally like in a smoothie and made a great recommendation. I happily tipped her a few dollars. Highly recommend this location.
I went into the Smoothie King on Roosevelt for the first time today, and was amazed at the excellent customer service from Brianna. She was super helpful and friendly, and efficient as well. Best experience ever!

one of the girls handing out flyers in the plaza was the most incredible person EVER! we had a miscommunication on a free smoothie and she opened her wallet to literally give me back what i paid for which obviously i didn’t let her do ! but i love her and we need more people like her def will be coming back because of her
I’ve been coming to this same location for about 3 months now and today I received bad bad service the employee fixed Me a 40oz smoothie however it was no where near full and tried to give it to Me I asked about why wasn’t it full and she started to become hostile with Me making Excuses of why it wasn’t full instead of making Me another I asked for her name and she refused to give it to Me just plain out rude!!!!Another employee did Howe make Me another smoothie which set the situation right!!!! Someone need to look into this situation because this the wrong day in time to be being unprofessional it’s 1:07pm and I will be getting in contact with corporate concerning this matter
Unkempt individual opens locked door 4 hours prior to closing with no reason for closing early...power was on; maybe everything else was broken.

This location the workers have the worst attitudes especially if it’s close to closing time. I came in on Saturday Oct 9 at 8:40 and the female working didn’t even say anything to me the whole time didn’t even ask what I would like or anything it was literally the most rude awkward experience I ever had at smoothie king. however I was still kind to her because maybe she had a bad day. It still doesn’t grant her the right to treat a customer this way. Will go to the Pinellas Park location next time.
