I never complain about much ,but the smoothie they made my baby sister was not good . This review isn’t based on that ,but on the fact when my mother went in to ask if there was “any way they could make a new one for her” , the manager or whoever was in charge immediately responded with no not unless you buy a new one. She was not kind whatsoever like others who work there . Always positive experiences except for today. I work in a fast paced restaurant and if someone doesn’t like their smoothie, we make a new one with no question and it takes up time but we do it. If your ONLY job is to make smoothies , then why not fix one that was made poorly? I understand it happens ,but be kind not nasty when you butcher the one job you have . How come restaurants and other places can give you refunds or remake things ,but when asked to do your job correctly you respond with a nasty attitude… a shame.
The older manger with the red hair is very rude. She never washes her hands after handling money and products. I watched her talk to an older couple like they were small kids and that they business didn’t matter. The owner needs to start visiting the store before he loss customers. I will not be back!!!
This location does not participate for Veteran's Day celebration/giveaway. It was very disheartening to go into this store and discover this in person.Other locations in Tampa Bay did. I called and checked.Veteran's Day is the one day of the year our veterans are meant to be recognized for the efforts they have given to our entire country, stood for the rights, and so much more. Veterans sacrifice 1,460 days of their lives just as a base commitment to the country. This doesn't include the loss of time in regards to social lives, family, loss of job opportunities, possibilities of life long injuries and much more.A chain store denying participation on Veteran's Day is basically giving the veterans the middle finger.If you can't be bothered to support the veteran's, I certainly can't be bothered to support your store.
Always friendly and clean. One of my favorite Smoothie King locations. Ordering on the app is easy and quick.
Manager (I assume from the polo while everyone else was in a tshirt) was so rude. I went at the end of the counter waiting for a mobile order after several minutes while she kept looking at me. I asked if this where I check in for a mobile order she said “name?” and rolled her eyes. I gave her my name and said she was working on it right. I kindly said thank you and stood back. She walked back to the blender and said “it said 20 minutes” under her breath clearly having an issue that I arrived a little early. I didn’t mind waiting as I understood they are busy and I was in fact early. The rudeness was not needed as I was not upset it wasn’t ready just wanted to make sure I was in the right area and they knew I had arrived. this is my experience almost every time I go so I felt compelled to right a review now. My husband and I are good friends with the owner of the Tyrone location and they always provide the best service! We will drive the extra distance from now on no doubt.
This location on 4th street is incredible. Everyone cares about you & your goals. They don’t just come to work & clock out when finished. I’ve been in at different times & every day. Now about the smoothies. The prices are extremely reasonable for all that you get, plus if download the app you earn $2 off rewards. My palate & stomach are always full. There’s a gentleman there that can also help make some choices. There’s many choices to customize your order. They all have two kids choices. Definitely recommend.
Omg if you can avoid to go to the location in the 4th st do it, i just decide to use the restroom really quick before see the menu a guy with blonde hair just told me if you are a customer you can use the restroom, otherwise you can’t and I was like seriously !!! I used it and then left, come on managers what kind of service and staff you have.
Smoothies are always wonderful but the clincher is the fantastic staff at this location
