Missing marinara sauce for breadstick. Who gives breadsticks with no sauce? Amy was acting “manager” at the time I ordered. She was very rude and completely unhelpful. Missing sauce & UNDERCOOKED PIZZA? Anytime this Amy lady is working our order is messed up or wrong or missing. Very frustrating
The crew working tonight on 34th St South st.pete were great and they did our order perfect I didn't usually eat the bread sticks because they are to hot and when they cool off they are to hard but the crew tonight did them perfect and my husband said the all deserve a raise . They all had great attitudes also you need more employees like them.
I had a veggie pizza, large. We think there was 2 mushrooms thinly cut. Could not taste them. Lacked flavor and it was cold.
Ordered two large . Onions on one that were to be no onions .same pizza paid for extra cheese and it was not xtra cheese. Other large had wrong crust. very disappointing.

The woman at the pickup window was obviously sick, coughing into her hand and was red as a radish. She should have been at home. Dumped the pizza bix into the garbage as she was obviously contagious with who knows what. Shame on you ph.
I cannot speak for the poor experiences in customer service I've seen below me, but I've ordered from this location on uber eats a few times and both times the food was very tasty and the order was completed without any flaws. Would recommend you at least try to get some pizza delivered from this location because it was pretty good.
Had a awful experience with their manager Mark. He was very much rude on the phone with my husband that calmly asked for a different pizza box because the one that got delivered was missing a whole cheese pizza, our cheese sticks were smooshed and the box it was in was dirty. Mark replied “we can play these games” as we decided to show proof of the pizza. He wasn’t no where to be found. Nor did he apologize for the service. Weren’t too sure on what he meant by the game playing but everyone else there were helpful and nice.
The pizza was ready when I arrived. When I got home it was still hot. It was exactly how I ordered it and was delicious. The customer service person was excellent as well.
I arrived to the carry out window and no one acknowledged my presence for over 7 min. I had to call inside the establishment for someone to come to the window and give me my order.
