Upon arriving at this Panera bread location i was instantly greeted with a diminishing, disrespectful,Attitude from the store manager. She never welcomed me into the store. The African American cashier was absolutely the sweetest cashier that i have ever met. The other cashier next to her was Also rude and condescending towards the other cashier and to me. talking in her place as i was asking questions about my meal. The energy that came from the manager was not welcoming. I felt Very disrespected and Will not be returning to this location for food service.
Love Panera and this location.We have used the app option to order more than ordering in and orders are always ready and accurate.Staff is friendly and available if we need.Clean location and well maintained inside and out.
Placed my order for pick up, over an hour later it still wasn't ready. I had someone go inside to pick it and they asked her the order name 3times and still never got it made, I had to come inside and say something after we sat there for over 20mins, why bother asking for the order name if you're just going to ignore MAKING THE FOOD PART. 2 other people before us walked out cause they still didn't have it made. Dont tell people itll be ready 10-15mins and then not have it started for over an hour
Just received 6 bagels burnt to a crisp via DoorDash order. We will have to get breakfast from somewhere else this morning. Will not be ordering again.
I have been going to Panera for my Salads for years especially at dinnertime. I pay a little more then I would like but with that said I was always able to get the sprouted grain bagel if they have had any left for my side bread.An Assistant Manager said I could not do that and that is an upcharge. I told her I was always able to get it with the salads. She told me that whoever did it for me in the past probably didn't care. I told her I don"t think that is the case at all. I think they did care.They cared for my business. I didn't think it was professional for how she talked about the staff.Hope it was worth losing me as a customer.

Since the pandemic started (which isn’t as much of a problem for us anymore at this time), this is now the third time I’ve tried to stop at Panera and couldn’t due to their lack of ability to stay open. Google says they close at 9pm. The Panera mobile app says they close at 9pm. When I showed up at 7pm, they told me they were closed. What restaurant closes at 7pm on a week day? Both McDonald’s and Chik Fil A next door are open. Plenty of people get off of work and choose to grab something to eat. I’m not convinced that Panera isn’t able to afford paying employees more to pull in more staff. My mom is home from the hospital and wanted Panera. I had to tell her I got off work too late and wasn’t able to get it for her.Until they change their hours to sync with pretty much any other business, they won’t have mine. I’ll be submitting an update to Google for their hours, but again, this is the third time at different locations where the store hours didn’t match what Google had, nor did the hours match anything to the restaurants around them. At the very least, update your own app and website with the proper hours. When someone is hungry and spends the time to show up, only to be turned down and unexpectedly told they’re closed, it’s frustrating.
Update: Haven't been getting orders right for awhile now. Food quantity and quality has diminished, and the value is lacking. I've gotten more than a few bad salads. Ugh!Can no longer recommend.This Panera has a great location, is generally clean, and the staff seems to be efficient in getting your order correct.The food is good and the menu is expansive.Recommended.
Personally I’m not a fan of the foods Panera serves but I went here on my bike a few days ago. Expect a pricy order because nothing is really cheap. Additionally all the items seem like they are made to give me type 2 !super sweet! It was good and the service was fine though. Just go to Chick-fil-A or McDonald’s around the corner honestly
