I don't know if it's due to pandemic or staff shortage but it was definitely a difference experience than before. When I came in the door it was a unpleasant odor. No wait time to be seated but took a long time for food. The waiter was attentive but the food was not the best. I enjoyed my appetizer and drink but l didn't eat my entree. Manager came over and offered to bring out another dish but I politely decline and my bill was adjusted. Probably won't be back.
Went for our 39th wedding anniversary.. nice service. We got the 6oz special which runs daily before 4pm, along with other choices. The blooming onion didn't fail. I had the absolute citron cosmos, which was very strong. All their cocktails at lunch are $7.00
The evening started out a little rough. Server seemed a bit cold and not willing to work. Ordered a bone in ribeye and when it was served the steak was pretty thin and the bone was about an inch long. Not what a bone in rib-eye should be. Server seemed agitated with the situation. Manager came over and seemed at first to be bothered with the suggestion that a bone in rib-eye should have a good amount of Bone for flavor. We handed the steak back to the manager and told him to just forget about it. A couple of minutes later the manager came back with a hand pick rib-eye uncooked and asked for our approval. The new steak was perfect in size color and bone(6” inches long). They recooked it and made the experience 110%. The manager went up and beyond to make a bad situation perfect. Thank you for not ruining what was a great day and keeping our faith in outback.
Yes, we have no photos. All of our food looked great, but we were hungry, so we ate everything as it came out. No food photo ops! The place is also very nice, but we were more interested in each other’s company than photos. We come here often to meet our niece & her hubby. Our server Mark was great. He took our orders, and brought everything out expeditiously and with a smile: drinks, bread and butter, bloomin’ shrimp, salads, steaks. He also refilled our drinks as needed. The bloomin’ shrimp was so good! This was our first time ordering this appetizer. Did not leave any on the plate. Salads tasted fresh and healthy. The rib eye and filet mignons were cooked to perfection, as were the sides - mixed veggies and sweet potatoes. We had no room for dessert as we ate every bite on our plates. We have been to this Outback many times over the years and we’ve never been disappointed. Service is great and the food is always just as ordered!

Ordered medium cooked sirloin steak. Zero pink. Looked and tasted like scorched earth. What a waste. At least my carrots and mashed potatoes survived.
Food was ok. Not enough servers so service was slow but the young lady was busting her butt trying to get the job done. Restaurant was clean and organized. Drinks from the bar were good. Fried mushrooms were a bit greasy but had good flavor and were really big and fresh. Not a long wait for a table.
Food was amazing. Boneless ribeye was seasoned and the correct temp. Great service! Will return
