Worst chinese food ever. They lomein tasted like cooked on charcoal grill had a funny taste to it.Mixed chinese vegetables was literally a plate full of broccoli n carrots, no water chestnuts, no baby corn, no bamboo shoots. I could of cooked my own broccoli for about $2. Only thing edible in my entire $60 order was the eggs rolls.Absolutely would NOT recommend this place.
Loved everything we ordered and will return! I've tried a number of other Chinese take-out places in St. Pete and we usually ended up disappointed, Not this time :) I read a number of reviews before we went, so I ordered things other people seemed to enjoy to ensure best results. We got the hot and sour soup, Hunan Beef, Singapore Mei fun, bourbon chicken, and egg rolls. Everything was so yummy! Super fast and friendly service upon pick up, delicious and flavorful. ?
Called in an order. They said 10 minutes. It was fast. However, the order of the chicken lo mein was extremely salty. The order of honey chicken looked like sesamie chicken and very tough to eat and overly breaded like the sweet and sour chicken. The fortune cookie had no fortune in it. And the egg roll was almost all roll and very little filling. Have given this place many chances. Sorry can't do it again.
Located in the same shopping center as the Big Apple Chinese buffet this is a pick up and delivery option only no dine in. They are quick dinners are usually ready to go in 15 minutes they have an extensive menu the family that owns it is wonderfully attentive and friendly. I've never been disappointed in anything that I would have some there and I try something new every time. I could suggest to you my favorite value on the menu is the combination platters for evening dining only you get a large container full to the top and you will not be able to finish it in one sitting unless you have an appetite myself! When you don't feel like getting out and getting dressed up definitely call New China - you can sit back in your own home, enjoy the meal you're way- in your time. Enjoy
The best in the county. Wonderful food and people. This is fast food Chinese. They do not deliver, so any delivery problems are with the delivery companies. I order 2-3 times a week. Anyone close to this place knows is better then the rest!!!
Expected your average takeout, instead was blown away by the quality and taste. Soft rice, perfectly contrasting hot and sour soup, and the dumplings had me going back for 2nds then 3rds against my will. 10/10 recommend
This has to be one of the most foot traffic Chinese shops that’s I’ve been too. We visited while in the area and ended up eating here 3 times out of our 5 day day. Other patrons (inside) were telling us how much they love it and eat here daily. We ordered chicken and broccoli on all of our visits.I must say they probably have the best rice and sauce I’ve tasted in my years of frequently eating Chinese food (and I eat it weekly 8-)).The staff was very pleasant. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area or wanting to get a different taste for their love of American Chinese food.
The general Tso's tofu was so good! Great tofu texture, perfectly battered, and the sauce was so yummy; was pleasantly surprised to find the sauce was a little spicy, had a nice little kick (nothing extreme). Also tried the Homestyle tofu, which came with plenty of veggies and delicious sauce. Rice is important: it was soft and fresh. They also gave us a ton of extra fortune cookies and a wall scroll (: was ready by the time I got there
3 stars are truly due to the amazing customer service (the lady was really nice). However, the sweet and sour chicken had more breaded batter, than chicken. The chicken fried rice was good, as were the spring roles.
Called ahead for pickup and food was ready on arrival ten minutes later. Got the homestyle bean curd and the generals tofu. Both vegetarian options were delicious and generous. Friendly staff as well.
