Fast, friendly, clean, fresh, easy to order, accurate, professional communication. It was more and better than I expected. It wasn’t hard to order, pay, get the food, and leave. There was no “ewww” factor like there is at so many places around town that have surprisingly passed inspection by the health department. This place was clean and run by professionals; adults who dignify customers and treat what they do like a job, because it is a job. Above and beyond.
I visit at odd times so it isn't slammed with cars. They have been accurate with my orders and the staff is friendly. Pretty much like any other fast food place. The staff does their job and the food is what I expect. I still dislike paper straws but that isn't their fault.
Just wanted to give a review as a thanks for the staff trying to cheer up my little one in the car in the drive through. She gave her a toy because she was crying, made me smile. I just wanted to say thank you!
McDonald's is an icon, a staple in fast food. I love their soft drinks.
Store hours posted on the door say dining room open at 6am but its 630 and they say they aren't opening at the hour anymore. The work release employees seem clueless about any operations taking place at this location.. I been coming to this McDonald's for 20+ years. I wonder if the franchise owner is ok with this. Not a good look
We have never had any bad experiences at this location. We go inside and use the kiosk. We were there at 10:40am for lunch. Our food came out quick and correct. The guy that was cleaning the tables and the girl that gave us our order was very friendly and smiling.
Consistently long waits. Not the fault of the employees, but the fault of management and corporate who refuse to pay a living wage. Pay your employees fairly and watch the “labor shortage” go away.
Im not one to write reviews, but I cannot say one positive thing about this location. I work late night shifts so McDonald's is the only thing open when I'm off work to get dinner... I'm not kidding when I say 5 out of the 7 times I've driven out of my way to this location, they've said on the speaker that they're closed and have no reasoning behind why they're closed (literally didn't even get a verbal response or a "sorry")The workers are all there... the building is open... I'm convinced it's literally because they don't feel like working. This is consistently a problem.One time they said they "didn't have any food", & after convincing them that it doesn't make ANY sense considering they are 24 hour, they finally gave in and my food was ready within 1 minute.. it makes NO sense.Management seriously needs to do something about this - either change it to not a 24 hour location and update the hours on Google, hire normal people who actually work, or shut down the location because it's a useless location at this point.I can't imagine people who drive well out of their way to come here because it's 24 hour location and experience this. Never attempting to come again.
Online shows 24 hours & all light where on. Went through drive through & they said we are only doing Door Dash orders until 5am. What's the point of being open at 430am if your not going to sale food. Never again to this store.
Everytime I visit this location my order is incorrect or there’s some kind of issue. The people who work here I’m just gonna assume aren’t the brightest and there is no leadership, the managers are rude and serve as no representation of the type of work ethic should be had.
