This place has the worst customer service. Filled with a bunch of Karen's. I have never heard employees complain so much. If you dont like the job, just quit. I had ordered some breakfast for my church. The food was nasty. Pieces of hair in some of the burgers. We had to throw away most of the food.

I went thru drive thru. When I got to the window to pay the girl was sitting down. I drive a tundra. It's pretty big. She was rude. Didn't thank me. I got to get pick up window and the lady was amazing . A+ in customer service for the lady at the pick up window. F- for the lady taking that money

Sat in line forever at the drive through. When I pulled up there were 2 cars in each line, they kept taking 2 orders from the left line and one from the right. Guess which line I was in. Then they turned my QPC Deluxe into a chicken deluxe and my diet coke into a coke.

So we went to this McDonald's at like 1 am. It is a 24 hr. Store. As soon as I ordered chicken nugget's, I was told the car in front of me just what the last ones . Then I proceeded to give them my order which consisted of a few cheeseburgers and chicken sandwiches and a couple of sodas. When we got to pay the girl at the window said I'm so sorry but we don't have all of your order and I said that's fine just give me what you have I have to bring home something. Then she said oh I'm sorry but my manager said I can't take any more orders because we have to get ready for breakfast. I turned it said you already took my order and it's a fast food restaurant I don't think you need 5 hours 2 get ready for breakfast. So I had to leave there with nothing. So why have a 24-hour McDonald's when between 1 and 5 you're getting ready for breakfast and you can serve anybody well that's just how I'm taking it. Then I drove to another McDonald's and they had no problem taking my order and making some burgers at 1 a.m. go figure?

Hum... it was terrible! I ordered a simple breakfast burrito and a small OJ. I went through the drive-thru and wound up inside for a half hour! After all that, the 2nd one wasn't edible. Everything was falling out as it wasn't even wrapped! Plus... the egg was cold! Here is a picture of the 1st order... the 2nd one was just as bad. I was disgusted and didn't get a pic of the 2nd one! Although the girls were super nice, I still wonder why I even go to McDonald's! ? super expensive and it's horrible!

Starting out the cashier did not know what he was doing at the register when I went inside, it took him forever to place my order, he had to get a manager twice to help him. Tell him twice to add the chicken sandwich on there and he didn't. The wait for the food to get prepared was so long. Then I got my food went out to the car my sausage English muffin was incorrect. Had to go back inside and wait a few more minutes. This was so aggravating.

The absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Got 2 kids meals, neither one came with the toy or napkins. The chicken nuggets were so hard you can't even bite them. I paid $6.00 for a mocha frappe and it's literally nothing but ice. Called the store and got a rude person that pretty much told me they can't do anything. Just absolutely disgusted.

Ugh where is Margo? Best employee they ever had. Definitely will never be back. She was the only one who made it worth going for. Please train your employees to have better attitudes. I mean my gosh we are spending our money here. Ridiculous wait times! Won’t waste my time any more.

This has to be the worst McDonalds I have ever visited. I was actually picking up a delivery and when I saw that there were already 8 cars in the drive thru line, I called the restaurant to ask if I could simply walk up and have someone hand me the order through the door. I understand that it violates policy, and that was fine, but the attitude with which this information was delivered was completely unnecessary.I then moved to the drive thru line where I proceeded to wait FORTY FIVE MINUTES as the line slowly advanced. When I got there the delivery orders had the cold drinks and once-hot food packed together in one bag and had been sitting on a counter without any temperature control the entire time I had been sitting in line. Everything was room temperature. There were at least four employees working and, as I mentioned, no diners inside. There is no excuse.Seriously, go to any other McDonald's. Even if you drive to the next town over, you will have your food faster and not get half the attitude. They are also notorious for never packing the order correctly (delivery orders are sealed so I don't know about this one.)

By far the most unprofessional McDonald's I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. I drive for Uber eats and doordash [my time and gas is $$$$]. I had to stand inside for 6 minutes being ignored. The order was right there the entire time. I repeated aloud the order number 4 times to 3 different people behind the counter all of which pretended I didnt even speak. Not only did they ignore my existence they ignored the existence of all of their other customers standing in line.After being totally ignored i said out loud, "I'm sorry I can't wait anymore my pick up time was for ___ which was now 7 minutes ago, this is my order. I'm picking up for ___ for doordash." Not until I actually grabbed the bag did they even look at me. It's like before I was invisible. They laughed and jeered at me after I had waited for 7 minutes, ended up grabbing the order that I could clearly see, and one employee said, " oh my God that cracker did not just took that order." Like I was waiting and trying to communicate with them. But no response until after I stepped forward and picked up my customers food. The first sentence out of one of their mouthes was a racial slurr. Talk about classy. This is the first time I have ever experienced thus kind of hatred and meanness at any restaurant EVER, its 2022 people. To quote our president, "Come on man."Who ever runs this store you need to fire the people who don't want to work and hire those who are attentive and actually care about the customers whose business offers them a job. McDonald's is supposed to love to see us smile right? Not ignore, belittle, and then yell racial slurrs at me for doing both my job and your job for you. Would give 0 stars.If my rating falls below 4.2 out of 5 I get canceled. This store CLEARLY has some serious issues. 2.9 out of 5. Cancel the employees who can't handle being in a professional fastfood chain that's global with clientele of many different ethnicities. Who knows how many people had to be accosted, demeaned, and hurled other nasty ethnically driven mean spirited comments. If I ever get an order from this restaurant again, I'm not picking up the food period. I will switch apps, I refuse to be subject to that kind of treatment when I'm making billion dollar companies more money and am getting less than minimum wage. I live off tips just like waiters/waitresses, 2.50 a trip without tip. Don't forget gas is 4.25 a gallon so I'm already being extorted at the gas pump.. Would you like a side of racism with that? No thanks.
