Slow is an understatement - their staff is an example of why robots can replace people. Hint they actuaky do something vs stand around acting like they deserve a raise. Avoid coming here and their drive through, disappointing people get paid to look at each and do nothing.

Should be a one star but the manager was good about giving my money back. Under staffed and crazy busy. Sorry you couldn't produce food to my standards of quality. Take care.

Yesterday late afternoon noon. They were not very busy. Car in rhe right drive thru so I went left. Right person was done and moved forward then a 2nd, 3rd, 4th. Then the guy behind me backed up and went before anyone took my order. Then she couldn’t get me order correct. Looked ok when I drove away but of course she changed it apparently cause they hand me out not my order. So of course I want to comment #1 about 5 people. Going before me in the drive thru. Lady at the window i believe was the manager told me that doesn’t matter what was my order. She didn’t care thst I had to wait and mow my food order is incorrect. Didn’t address the employees. She asked what are you’ll doing these orders aren’t correct snd they all laughed and so did she. In front of me ar the window. How unprofessional.

Ordered via app for curbside pickup. Waited 30 min and no one came out to deliver the food. Went to drive through but had to leave when the line was not moving for 20 min. If looking for paying for foods without getting the foods you ordered, this is the right restaurant for you.

Quite possibly THE Worst McDonald's on Earth.I mean this in total sincerity and I speak as a former McDonald's employee.In the decade plus of visits to this location (the closest to my house) there is never not a time where something is majorly off about this place.Whether it is untrained staff, poorly assembled food, missing items, unclean lobby, an incomplete menu, a drive-thru wait that lasts longer than 10 minutes, cold fries, or it's just something as simple as the menu boards not working, it's always terrible here at 4th Street N and 38th ave location.I highly encourage the franchise owner to shut down this location or sell to a more competent franchisee. This place is an embarrassment to the company and you should be ashamed of yourself for letting it be so awful forever.

Girl that took the order was super. Woman that handed me the food needs to take classes on how to improve her attitude. Where did customer service go? Don't shove the bag to me and go "here". Really!?!? It wasn't too busy and even if it were common courtesy needs to be used.

The manager at this location has been very rude to several families in area. And today she was rude to my husband and 12 year old child. Some people like to be on power trips and this women that manges this location is one. Stay away and dont allow your children around her. My son is home crying cause she told him she was putting his dad in jail. Terrible person in world that needs more kindness. As A Manager, you should be skilled to DE-escalate an issue not escalated more.The definition of a manager is a person responsible for supervising and motivating employees and for directing the progress of an organization. An example of a manager is the person who is in charge of customer service, who deals with customer disputes and who oversees and supervises customer service agents.

Manager yelled at staff. Arguments the entire time. One of the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. Also, the kiosks (4) were so difficult to understand the orders took longer than going to the counter. All the tables had crumbs and spills and had not been cleaned. Just an overall sad dining experience. I should have gone through the drive-thru. It would have been faster and much more relaxing at home.
