Another disappointment. Ask for a number 4, get a completely different sandwich that has cheese which I’m allergic to. No big deal. I ask them to correct it, and they tell me to drive back around and get back in the 8 car line. Terrible attitudes
This is not “fast food” takes at least 30 minutes at this establishment. U can get real good at a restaurant faster than this!
Not the worst McDonalds I have been to, but don’t go to this location if you want warm fries or employees that speak English.
Absolutely unacceptable service. Came to this Mcdonalds at 10:30. Its now 11:30 and 3 cars have been taken in the drive through. I mean its horrible I burned through a quarter tank of gas waiting in the drive through. The inside is closed so what is the issue? 3 workers to handle a night shift is ridiculous. Newsflash Mcdonalds…you’re not a small franchise!!!!!
Be better, complete lack of effort. If you hate your job you should look for another. One of the worst McDonald's I have been too in recent memory.
We used the mobile app to place the order using a BOGO deal. It took some time for the food to come out to the mobile order space designated in the app. To be fair, it WAS during the lunch rush, so that may have put them behind a bit, but the food came out hot, ACCURATE, and fresh, and the attendant who brought our food out thanked us and wished us a good day before walking back in (which we returned). Overall, a decent experience I can't find fault with.
They are a slower than bush gardens ride lines, if you come for lunch might as well order dinner they be taking that god damm long. Oh and. Don't worry, you are. Garanteed to get your. Order wrong 100%%
Hands down this is the worst McDonald's location I have ever been at. I have formed this opinion after several visits to this location. Their customer service is absolutely awful. The speed at which they get food out is incredibly slow. And when you get it it's usually not very warm in fact sometimes it's even downright cold.
Was in the drive thru for 45 minutes waiting in line. When I finally got to the speaker the employee said they were not making any more food because they only had two people there. Obviously, not the employee's fault but whoever is running this McDonald's needs to get it together. I understand everyone is short staffed but please find a way to let people know that you're done for the night before they get to the speaker. It would've been great if they could've just put some cones or a sign in the drive thru after the last car they were going to serve so I didn't have to wait there for so long for no reason lol. Really sucked to see the car in front of me be served while I drove away.
One of the worst customer experience I have ever had at a McDonald's. Waited 25 minutes for simple order and still never got it. Manger on duty Devon was rude and tried his best to ignore me when I asked for a refund.
