This worst customer service of them all.Every time you go there it's a problem with the customer service, It definitely need new staff,and Supervisor as well. I rate this McDonald's as a 1 hands down.??
Suppose to open at 6am ha yesterday Not (7/20) lost business & no breakfast thanks. Trying again this a.m. My co-worker hust wanted a coffee yesterday so she was bummed too! Open when it says you're open huh.
Ordered through the McDonald's App. The wait was reasonable. Order was correct and the employee's we're respectable.
Mcdonalds on 34st so, st. Petersburg is one of the worst restaurants i have ever beeb too. As a black man, the black workers were the worst because thry was the crew. They didnt say hello welcome to Macdonalds, or we will be with you in.a mniute, they cursed at each other, and i and others had to endure poor service, waiting for more than 15 minutes for your order, and not caring. They see you standing at the counter look at you, and kept it moving. Dunkin donuts 4th street so, is the same 20 minutes for a cup of coffee, so many of us left. These businesses will fail in revenue if they do not hire better workers. Kentucky fried Chicken on the 34th st, south is another bad customer service. They never say thank you and come back again. These restaurants are the worst, there is no reason to sit in the drive through and then get bad service. The woman at Wendys on 4th st, so, could have told us they were short staffed but catch an attitude when you ask, "are you there.: these restaurants are the worst and aboid them like the plagued.
I wish I could leave 0 stars. -5 stars if I could. I drive for a delivery service and they NEVER have my order, they always allow me to stand there for 20+ minutes and then tell me that "they never received the order" if you don't want to work with Uber eats or door dash then don't! No one is forcing you to. I've stopped accepting orders from this McDonalds because they're so awful! Money is more important than customer satisfaction. Shocker.
Well I ordered just a fish filet and and a double cheeseburger through the drive-through.I had to park and wait for the food that took about 15 minutes.The whole idea of using the drive-through is because I'm in a hurry working And in need of a quick lunch.At least the filet of fish was hot. The double cheeseburger was Luke warm.
Just left All childrens with my sick kids, came out starving just to come to the 24hours McDonald’s and they closed. Ppl in there though but they have cones I. The drive thru so ppl can’t order and the doors locked. Now we have to travel way cross town to eat. I really can’t stand them
I just ordered 10 piece nuggets with buffalo sauce, a large fry and a quarter pounder meal with an extra sprite but you guys somehow failed to put my 10 piece nuggets in the bag and I had assumed that it was in there underneath the fries after I saw the buffalo sauces in there. There was a long line so I just waited til I got home to actually open the bag up since it’s late at night and to keep the food warm. I am super upset because I have an eating disorder and I feel like I can’t even go back to this location to ask for a refund because we live 12 minutes away from this McDonald’s and if we came back later, ya’ll would just say that we ate the nuggets but when I never did. I’m super upset because I really do have an eating disorder and my husband went out of his way to help me get something light and in my system. :(
Nobody shows up to work, so they don't serve. Not 24hrs in this case. They stare at you for 20 minutes in the drive thru and don't bother letting you know they are closed.
This was a refreshing place to get service today, greeted with a jovial voice, the ladies all smiles and sweet!This is near Kindred where I visit, i will return every visit just to see those beautiful smiles ???I had napkins in my bag with my fries ?I didn’t have to ask ???
