McDonald's needs to improve there time and speed I order and they said move up we will bring out your food an 45 minutes wait I could not believe it I setting there I counted about 13 cars been waited on and was getting very angry I had to get out my car and go in the places and I still had to wait another 15 minutes this is absolutely ? ridiculous this a fast food place point blank Period
They were extremely busy about 45 minutes ago so I went inside to order. I ordered on the kiosks and patiently waited for my order. It took a bit to get my food but every employee apologized and was extremely polite. I also order customized food and my order was prepared perfectly! And it was fresh. Usually, I pick a different McDonald’s to go to due to past experiences, but today they were amazing!!! The lunch crew was killing it!! Thank you!
Please check the count of reviews next to people's name to get a "REAL opinions" and not some by the manager or employees to boost their rating up...This store is HORRIBLE!! It doesn't follow the rules and is so fifteen from one day to the next. Serving breakfast one day til 11 the next day 11:30 then today (when I had no gas but "knew I have bought at 11 & 11:30 a couple weeks ago) they closed breakfast at 10:30 ON THE WEEKEND!! The employees don't have any customer service skills! Even the manager hasn't got a clue ?. Please save your time and money and DO NOT GO HERE! I am a big reviewer and give places PLENTY of opportunities before giving my review and this place has been bad literally 4/5 times I have went for a review (the 5th time it was okay not even good. I have had to call the customer service line to report them 3 out of the 5 times bc it was so bad, so yes, please go elsewhere!
Bypassed at the order drivein station. Then told out of 1/4 pounders. Manager is the reason for the 5 star review. Reworked the order to be cooked on what was working. Nicely compensated on top.

I pull up and order a small Big Mac meal with a chocolate shake. Then he told me I can’t have a small shake with the meal. He said he could sell me a medium for an up charge. A bit annoyed, I said ok, whatever. So I get to the window and pay $10.60 for a Big Mac, fries and a medium shake. I get to the next window and they tried to give me a small. I said.. No, I paid extra for a medium chocolate shake. So they mix up a medium shake and hand me a half chocolate/half vanilla shake. I told them I ordered a chocolate shake and I still want one. He actually told me that a chocolate shake comes that way. I said with half vanilla? He said, No that’s chocolate. Well, here’s the pic. These people deserve to have boogers flicked in their hair.
It's McDonald's. What do you expect? Cheap food and fast. The line was long for the drive thru but I can't complain too much, they actually gave me bacon on my quarter pounder for once
The worst McDonalds. Always a long line inside or out, the employees, are rude, and don't know how to do math to provide refunds. They always seems to prioritize customers. The store is dirty as well.
Quarter pounder was good. The fries not so great. We're over cooked we asked for new ones and they were the same.
Got to have my mocha in the morning and today they were on point filled to the top extra drizzle as requested and friendly service! BA da da da dah I’m loving it! ?
