I was there 2 days ago. Drive thru was packed, but I understand that can happen. Took my money, then took 10 minutes of waiting at the window (in heavy showers). They gave me soda with a loose top that came off and spilled one of my drinks all over my floorboard. Then tried to give me an obviously wrong order. After taking the food back in, they took ANOTHER 10 mins to get me the right order. I turned off my engine because I waited so long. Because I waited a second to check my order after all of that.....the driver behind me honked and flipped me off. Service is always bad here....and they almost never seen to have extra crispy chicken. My receipt died on the floor in my spilled soda or I would have left a scathing review.
We ordered 25$ worth of food.we were told to park & wait for our food.we waited 10 min. Before I walked inside to only wait again.it seemed like our order wasn't important.as I was handed my food I asked for a few sauces because they were not in the bag as requested.the manager was rude & told I had to pay for the sauces.i only wanted 5 sauces for all of our dry chicken.if you want quality food & service do not come here!
Worst fast food ever. Order wrong missing food no utensils. Popeyes is way better
horrible customer service. Went on my lunch break ,i was greeted when arrived but i was not ready,i took about 3 maybe 4 minutes to decide. When i was ready i said hello about 10x no response. I pull up to the window and a very rude lady of the name jennifer greets me and tells me to order i have to go back around. For some reason she couldnt take my order there. I then circle back around, order and when i get to the window i ask if shes the manager she respond yes and then i ask for her name. She gives it to me, i then put my car in “park” she then yells to her team to call 911 because “turned my car off”. Um not to be a B word but for my car its a “push” to park it. This lady clearly is not upon for customer service. Jennifer was her name.
I was told drive thru was closed drove around and magically the drive thru was open. Then they are out of chicken and the lobby is disgusting almost every tables are dirty. Wish I could give negative stars.
This is me after leaving the KFC drive-thru on 5/17 9:10pm to come to the McDonald’s drive-thru because the person at the drive-through window has a serious attitude or needs a new job because she obviously hates hers and lost out on a family of eight and all the money that that would bring in because she didn’t wanna serve us! DO NOT go here they have the worst service ever and apparently there a chicken place that doesn’t have chicken!!!!!!!!!
Food was ok but the service was awful. How can you run out of white meat chicken at 11 in the AM? (Not the 1st time it's happened). Manager was so rude. Hello!!?! Anyone hear of good customer service? Popeye's is building across the street. KFC will either need to revamp or close up shop.
It’s always something with this place. Drive thru isn’t working today, yet they talked to me through the drive thru. Told me you’re gonna need to come inside. Last time we came at 11 am they were closed. Staff is rude. Chicken is sub par. Just close it down already.
Tried to put in a DoorDash order and the store claimed they were “out of chicken” it is a KFC I genuinely feel like they would close the store down if they were out of chicken. Pure laziness is what this is. Guarantee it
I wish I could give a half a star. Worst restaurant I have ever encountered. Never has certain items ( featured items), rude employees. Plus the drive thru was closed. How can a drive thru be closed, with covid cases rising? Never again..... tried this place a gain today. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, 1 was ok the second was made with chicken strips. What a joke.
