If I could give 0 stars I would the only thing that was edible was the mash potatoes with gravy and biscuits. The fries were old the chicken was old and the chicken sandwich ?? I would feed it to a neighborhood dogs. The chicken was so old I took and bite and as I chewed it disolved in my mouth uggh. All jokes aside HORRIBLE
Spicy Chicken Sandwich, was hot cooked perfectly. How ever the spicy sauce was put on one side of the sandwich. It was wrapped in two wraps for the reason it was coming out of the side that had most of the sauce. I did not get one napkin. Nothing was said after being handed my food, I did even say to have a great day and still just handed my food while the cashier looked directly at me and said nothing. Customer service has gone out the window along with manor.
Normally KFC marks high on my togoto places in a rush. That wasn't the case this time. At 9 pm was told they didn't have any chicken on the bone, only tenders. Dining area wasn't available either. Went to a different KFC,got not what I wanted but did get chicken on the bone.
The chicken was so hard it broke my tooth now I'm gonna have to spend a few hundred dollars to fix it. Now i'm in pain. Not to mention it was my 1st time at this location. I wish I kept driving right passed it. Not happy. Waited 30 minutes in drive thru.

This was the second time during dinner hour they had no white meat. This is foolish. The managers should be on top of the orders and making sure when to drop the next batch. My husband worked for another food chain and this was not allowed to happen.
Great food and you make sure check your bag before leave and I was missing plastic spoon and told them twice and they forgot and you got have spoon for mash potatoes with gravy to eat. And pay for all white meat and Breast and Thigh and two dark meat and it not what I paid for and they could of did a better job what I paid for. I learn my lesson and check the box before you leave.
Worst KFC location in St Petersburg . Owner should be ashamed. The facility is in dire need of renovations and it doesn’t appear to be sanitary
The drive-thru speaker is broke they didn't have a sign to let customers know there for you was waiting at the speaker longer than you had to poor management
Right next to one of the best local chicken spots in st.pete and they are similarly priced. Much better off going to king's chicken instead, try the honey biscuits and keep your money local.
